I was told it would be 4-6 weeks but if memory serves me it was complete in about 3.5. Ricky was the Installer and did a great job. The only other person I spoke to was Jennifer in the office. Our home looks fantastic and we have peace of mind that critters won't be getting under the house. Our back of the house water spicket wouldn't reach outside the skirting so we had to call our contractor to get that fixed. The 3 man crew were SUPER impressed with the entrance door to get under the house, all three had to try it out and they all gave the Thumbs Up on the skirting build and materials.
