(However, those reviews are from 2017 and I see a lot has changed!) They can't do cuts you ask for. Better off going to a big city for the cute cuts for small dogs. Also, they need work on their communication and customer service skills. Rude and unfriendly- which makes the services even worse. Suggestion to the owner/management: Be kind, be nice. Being helpful can go along way. Communicate. Repeat back and make sure you have a clear understanding of what the person is looking for- do not just say you know and scoff off what the person is saying. Overall, its a typical small town mentality with the "I think I know everything and we are too good," when in reality your services are sub par and would never make it in a place where people know better. Final thoughts....Cheyenne needs better grooming salons and it's better to make the drive to Fort Collins or Denver.

I love to use their self-service bath tubs for our German Shepherds. The water is always warm. They provide a variety of shampoo and conditioner options. I like to go with de-shedding shampoo and oatmeal conditioner. You also get different types of brushes to use, a blow dryer, and towels. Today I also got one of the dog's nails trimmed and it went so smoothly. The staff is really nice and friendly every time I've been there. I've never used their grooming services myself, but I've seen some pretty pups leaving their grooming area.
