We made the worthwhile trip to Turlock. Keep in mind that you may need to wait for quality service, drop the clock off and be patient. Once our clock was back home, it's running like a champ. Not inexpensive, but you do pay for quality work. We also sought a repair on a cuckoo clock, and Gary was honest with us. He spoke of the clock's value, cost of repair, and the fact that we could get a new Black Forest clock for a lower price (which we did). Gary referred us to the source.
