I am please with the work they both did and would not hesitage to contract with them in the future. Tom Kilraine was very responsive -- answers emails within a day or less (sometimes hours), arrived when they said they would, and did a last minute ask (zinc strip on the roof) for me the same day. The price was reasonable; they were not the cheapest, but they do quality work. I would hire them again.

He met us first thing in the morning and was in constant communication with us throughout the arrival and providing estimates. He gave us options (low, medium, high end) for each repair as well as his honest recommendation. His estimates were fair and competitive. Unfortunately, that house purchase fell thru, but we are excited to work with Hoan in the future for a kitchen and bathroom remodel in our dream house. Highly recommend this company for honesty and competitive pricing.

I made a follow up call and coudnt get though for multiple days. Left messages. No returned calls. Finally got through and asked to set up another time. Said Id get a call back. NOTHING! obviously not interested in getting buisness or quality reviews. I think twice before working with them. My tennants did mention that a week later they found a pamphlet and buisness card from them on our door. weird!?

I believe using Roy should be one of the simplest and best decisions you can make regarding your…read moreproject and I suggest you hire him. Although his bid was not the least expensive, neither was it outrageously more expensive than the other (legitimate) bids. In fact, I believe it was the fairest, most detailed and most accurate bid. And he was a far better and more reliable contractor than any of the others we talked to. And we spoke to a lot of contractors (dozens?). He did a really superior job, in lots of different ways, in matters large and small, on lots of different levels. And, just as importantly or perhaps even more important, I found him to be exceptionally fair and honest. And I have to admit that, over the course of the project, I learned to sincerely like and respect Roy a LOT. I think everyone did. My guess is that he may well be the best contractor that I will ever meet or work with in my life. In fact, I think he probably is.

He came by, spent about 10 min walking around, rang the doorbell and gave me a sheet of paper with the quote. Easy and painless as that. I asked for roof quote and got exactly what I wanted. He did not need to come inside or make me listen to a 2 hr sales pitch. I've had at least 2 other companies who tried to do that when I was getting a roof for the quote. 1 of them gave me a quote on sidings instead. The other did not even give me a quote because I decided to kick them out after half an hr. After getting some other quotes I decided to go with Robert and he agreed to come out 2 weeks later. His crew came on time as promised but he wasn't physically there until the end of the day. Overall his crew was efficient. They finished within 1 day as promised. The shingles looked okay, not as flat or even like our neighbors but it appeared to be just fine. They finished the roof before a big snow storm and rain/wind storm within the same week. It was able to withstand everything just fine and no noticeable water leak or anything in the attic. I did discovered a small chipped wood area in the attic which I can see some of the underlayment and shingles but water was not getting through or anything. I will continue to monitor. They actually was supposed to install the chimney as well forgot so they returned a few days later to complete it as promised. Overall fantastic job from Robert and his crew. From the quoting process to the fast efficient work. Cosmetically the shingles could have looked a bit better and more even but functionally it seems to have served its purpose and was worth it for the price I paid.
