Came here to rent a truck, of course. Second time coming to this location but came up empty handed…read morethe first time. They didn't have a truck bc we needed bc we were moving the next day but the guy was helpful and gave us number to call corporate. Talked to a lady, and found out they had a truck returned to place we were just at. They only have 16 and 26 footers but the 16 was perfect. The guy was super helpful and pretty darn honest. The truck was exceptionally clean (unlike most uhauls) and didn't smell. Found out they only rent newer trucks (think he said 2007 models or later). Was a very pleasant experience and will be using them again. We only needed the truck for 3 hours and paid $54. Highly recommend!

They said yes but didn't mention that a 1-hour early pickup would charge me an entire extra day of rental. When I saw the charge on my card for 2 days of rental and called to inquire they told me it was written on the contract and they weren't able to make any exceptions. If I had known there would be a charge of an additional 24 hours for a 1 hour early pickup I would have not picked it up early.

It was a difficult job, with one large, heavy, complicated bookcase that had to get disassembled, moved and reassembled. They knocked it out like absolute pros. I also had an extra large sofa that almost didn't make it through the door.. they never gave up and ultimately got it inside using top notch problem solving skills. Did my freshly painted wall and ceiling get a little scuffed up? Yes, but something is always going to get a little banged up during a move, that's just reality. I had originally reached out to a few different local moving companies and didn't even hear back from half of them or couldn't get anyone to answer the phone. Atlanta Home Movers was so fast to provide a quote and also follow up. Other companies estimated 7-9 hours for my move but these guys hustled the entire time and finished in a fraction of that time. Despite my house having many stairs leading up to it and also inside, they never once complained and had such a positive, fun attitude for the entire day. My husband was traveling so it was just myself and my 10 month old baby - so a day that I was dreading actually turned out to be the smoothest, most stress-free experience ever! On September 21, 2013, he failed to deliver the dining table in its original condition from GA to PA. You assured the table will be restored and shipped within ten days. After several phone calls and emails over the course of one month he delivered four legs and one extension piece. When I called him regarding this, he mentioned he will take care of this matter on Monday October 28th. The matter remains unresolved as of this date.

Excellent U-Haul service here if you need a truck for a move. I didn't even know they operated out…read moreof here, but I found them and booked online through U-Haul's website. I had to change my reservation multiple times before pickup and the site made it easy and there is no penalty for doing so. There are only a few trucks at this location compared to the Jimmy Carter one by Dunkin, but I feel like the customer service is better here based off reviews I've read about the latter. The ladies at this store were very helpful and sweet. I came back during my move to get bungee cords also which were a big help getting my mattress up stairs under a low hanging ceiling. They ran out of furniture dollies which I had previously requested but still had the regular ones available to use, so they just removed the item from my reservation. The truck I had seemed old as the driver side door seal was coming a little loose and took a few tries to close but no major issues. It stayed closed during my drive and move, and the 15 ft. truck was just right for my purposes. I would recommend this location if you need a small to medium size truck for work or a move.
