Talked to a lady, and found out they had a truck returned to place we were just at. They only have 16 and 26 footers but the 16 was perfect. The guy was super helpful and pretty darn honest. The truck was exceptionally clean (unlike most uhauls) and didn't smell. Found out they only rent newer trucks (think he said 2007 models or later). Was a very pleasant experience and will be using them again. We only needed the truck for 3 hours and paid $54. Highly recommend!

It took over a month for Ryder to get us fuel cards. Since then I switch 1 batch of trucks to Salem leasing and get a lot better service. Trying to get our corporate to switch another location to Salem. Ryder doesn't care about there customer, had a truck in shop and could not get a sub truck so we can run our load for our customer.
