Patti, the service dispatcher, is an absolute delight and is always able to get someone to the house in a timely manner. Ryan, the happy plumber, has done several jobs for us. He not only fixes our plumbing problems, but often makes improvements as well. And seriously, he really seems to love his job! Then today, our furnace stopped working. Just stopped! Patti was able to arrange for someone to get here within a couple of hours. Christian and John arrived on time, diagnosed the problem, went and got the needed part then repaired the furnace in a timely manner. They even performed a full cleaning and service on the furnace while they were here. They were super friendly and professional!
