Not only did Chris successfully drill and chisel the required 4" hole with surgical precision, he built sheet metal ductwork from the dryer to the vent, with numerous curves (not all 90's) and made it look as if it has been there since the house was built. This doesn't even begin to do justice to the work performed. Where other artists choose watercolors, oils, or clay as their medium, Chris has chosen galvanized sheet metal as his. I would be emotionally numb if I lacked the ability to know what I was seeing; thankfully, not the case here. He even tuned up our gas furnace, so we're good for the coming heating season (here's where my luck came into play; Chris had the time to do this, as well). Another person came out ( same company) and told us we just needed to change to a different water filter . Problem is now completely fixed .
