Not only did one of my designs not print in the color I requested, but my logo was cut off in the print, and the saturation of the photos were so bad that the background came out pink. I expressed my concerns afterwards and Cristina agreed to reprint them and send them out to me so I can include them in my thank you cards. 2 months later, still nothing. I've emailed 3 times to ask where they are and have gotten no response. In addition, leading up to the wedding, the communication was just awful. Getting a quote was fast and the whole thing is pretty customizable and we got payment and details set within a week. The day of, Pam came an hour early to our reception venue to set up. She was a true professional despite a bunch of obstacles (mostly the wind/rain and also my family). Unfortunately, the printer did not work at the time of the ceremony but Matt made it right and mailed me them not too long after we got back.
