First of all, let's get one thing straight...this place is a biker bar. A REAL biker bar, and is quite proud of that. The sea of Harleys out in front should make that painfully clear. But the beauty of this place is that you don't HAVE to ride to have a good time here, but I will admit, it helps. I've stopped in here many times over the last few years and would have to say that my best times seem to have been spent while outside on their patio or deck bar. There's just something about mixing Guinness with fresh air, along with the occasional cigar or two as well. Why not? However, my most recent visit was to attend their Christmas party and I'll tell you, they sure know how to do it up right. On demand, the whole place sings (in unison) "the Twelve Days of Christmas"...taking great care to insert, well let's just say, more colorful lyrics than were originally written. By the time they reach the twelfth day, most are too busy laughing to know what your true love gave to us. You'll be hoping it's a fresh pair of underwear, though, since you'll think you may have just wet yours laughing. It's OK, you won't have been the only one. No matter what time of year it may be, I believe you'll find that behind the rough exteriors of some of the folks here lies great character, generosity and almost every type of personality there is. In a world of pretentious & sterile nightlife, isn't it comforting to know that there are still some places around that'll still add a little flavor to your day? I think so, anyway, and will definitely be back soon...hopefully, on the back of my new Soft Tail.

My husband and brother and wife and old great friends.

My husband and I are visiting from Az. My brother suggested we come here for " the best walleye in the state"! Well, he was right! It really was the best walleye I have ever had! And, the atmosphere is great too. We met the owner John and he treated us like he'd known us for years. The staff was great too. So friendly. Our server Darilyn spoiled us rotton! She was great. I whole heartily recommend this place. I wish I could become a regular, but I guarantee I'll be back every time I come back to chi town.

Walleye fish fry is great. Fresh, lightly breaded and fried to perfection. Fries and cole slaw are good too.

Fun place to hangout and play pool. Usually pretty lucky with the slots there too. Bartenders are always nice and atmosphere is great.

She is just as friendly and lovely. The vibe is lively. The music is loud, and their bar area is nice, with TVs throughout. Hubby ordered the steak and potatoes, and I ordered the fish and chips. We both enjoyed our meals. Hubby said his steak was seasoned really well, and he took half of my fish, which he also said was really good, and I agree. This is a great neighborhood staple, and we will definitely be back to try one of their burgers.

A pretty hopping ass atmosphere. Those that like loud music will certainly like this. Coming here we missed it a few times at first. It's located on the edge of an industrial park. This is a pretty strange location it seems. About the only reason to be in this area actually. Kind of hard to see amongst all the warehouses. It's about $7 a pint. Pretty similar to typical craft beer prices though. Best we had of these was the Straight Blade. This is a West Coast IPA that's bitter with citrus and floral notes. As for the food it's mostly Mexican. It's $12 for the Lunch Special. There's a choice and we got tacos. Choose proteins including options for plant based. We got these with Beyond meat, and the faux al pastor. Basically they make meaty substitutes out of mushrooms. These come with beans and rice. A lot more on the menu. There's also brunch on Sundays with omelettes and other stuff. Has more than just beers of course. It's also got choices of burritos, tacos, and tortas. There's lots of things for vegans and vegetarians.

It seems they recently expanded into an adjacent space to offer private parties, have monthly events, or offer additional seating. The inside is rather open but all tables and chairs are stool height which isn't ideal for families with kids. Most of the family groups had to sit outside which had more limited seating. I tried a couple of their seltzer flavors and definitely liked peach the most. It did end up tasting very syrup like. I also tasted some of my families beers which were good not great. This isn't one of our go-to breweries in the area but it is certainly worth visiting to see if it is your vibe!
