Ryan was very professional and responsive. He helped me with a last minute notary and I would definitely recommend him!

The staff here is great. We have used this printer since 2018. They have done large orders for us,…read moreas well as smaller orders as well. The last time we use the services both times we use Justin as our contact person. He is a great technician and he has a reputation for having great customer service. This time I worked with Ken and he was very customer service oriented as well. What I like about this printer is that they have the ability to give you estimates of how much you are , expecting to pay, they give you options when it comes to print style and design, and they are very upfront and honest with you about outcomes of your project. You can do all of this on email with them before you even have to visit the store. When you visit the store, you've already sent your print job to them on email. You just might need to drop by to drop off materials like specialty invitations, which was our project this time. I appreciate that Ken verified and sent proofs of our printing job on email for us to have a look at before we approved the final project version. Overall, Ken is a great printing technician and expert. His patience with our event team was awesome. The rest of the staff is very customer service oriented too. I recommend Copy-It La Mesa, CA!

When I came in a few days ago, they told me they couldn't scan the code, printed the shipping label themselves, and then charged me for it without mentioning there would be a fee beforehand. I don't understand why customers are being charged for a service that is normally free, especially when the issue is that the store's equipment isn't working. If there was going to be a charge, that should have been clearly communicated before printing the label. Very disappointing experience. I won't be coming back.

Despite being extra busy with over nine+ customers, my transaction returning large Amazon Package was deftly handled. Quality: -Remains beyond reproach- use of limited space is organized, never appears crowded. Value: Although their services are invaluable feeling accomplished & relieved is priceless. Highly recommend this UPS Store & Staff

Had a large, defective Amazon item that AMAZON wanted returned (an industrial cart with stripped…read morewheels after just 90 days of light use around home). Had the QR code, took it in, UPS worker said it needed to be broken down and boxed up (Amazon said it didn't because the pieces lock in place). UPS worker (a guy) said it could be wrapped up in a bag. My caregiver went and purchased furniture wrap and duct tape to return it. Took it back, they refused it "due to dimensions." "We don't take something that large wrapped up in a bag." This from the same individual who had said "Put it in a bag" just 40 minutes before. Called Amazon, they said the individual at this UPS Store should have accepted the return. Now Amazon has arranged to have the same item picked up at my home. I'm on a very limited budget and spent $23.88 to wrap it up as requested. Now get to wait for UPS to come get it from my home and I'm out almost $25. Never previously had a problem with this store. Always used them. But if the UPS Store person is not going to accept a package though Amazon explained how to return it and the very same person re-explained how to return it, and then would not accept the package as wrapped for return--as explained because they "don't accept anything those dimensions unless it's in a box" they should have called Amazon about it! They should have said from the very beginning, we won't accept this wrapped up in a plastic furniture bag. My caregiver said she'll never use this store again.
