My HVAC died a tragic death so I called Powers and Gregory hoping for repair. But sadly that was…read morenot to be, it needed to be replaced, for the 3rd time in 30 years. Rodney Powers came out to talk to me and quote me some prices for a replacement. He called me back the same day to tell me the unit was ordered and when they would start the work. His crew was excellent and very courteous. They went above and beyond anything I experienced the 2 previous times I had to do this. Not only did they install the unit but they also replaced all my duct work and installed a new larger return. Rodney explained the existing return was too small and was most likely the reason my previous units died so soon. They suffocated from lack of ventilation. Neither of the previous companies even checked the return or duct work. It took 3-1/2 days to complete the extensive work. I wish I could give this company 10 stars. I will never use any other company. My old units ran all day trying to heat or cool my home. This new unit runs a few minutes and accomplishes the goal. I can only imagine how much money I've thrown away on wasted electricity over the years. There is much more to the story and I could go on and on, I can not say enough good about this company. If you have any heating and air needs, don't waste your time or money on any other company. Powers and Gregory is the one to call, trust me you will not be disappointed.

This past Wednesday the leak test was done. Freon has leaked into the pan. I was told the coil would be ordered and they would call with a time to replace. I called this morning to follow up on repair and was advised the local Lennox dealer has a shortage. The owner said he was working on it and would call me around lunch time. I called on a Thursday to schedule routine maintenance on our units. By Friday night our downstairs unit decided to go crazy! I was able to text to se if I could be seen sooner and they came out then next day. Ryan drew a diagram to explain the unit, service in attic and how it works. From there he explained what he suspects is my issue and the plan. He was able to "bandaid" my issue and will be back this week to do an official leak test. I feel confident in this company and like they value customer satisfaction. I was not charged for my visit today and the refill on Freon til they come back. I was so thankful they made the time to fit me Into their schedule on short notice. I highly recommend this company. I will update my review once all diagnostics and work is complett

I finally called Cunningham and was told that could not be as they had sold 1000 of these and had no problems. The person I spoke to was extremely rude. I asked if he was calling me a liar, and he quickly said no. He told me he would contact the installer and get back to me. One week later, I called again, and he was rude and said he was going to call me, so why was I calling? He talked to the installer and was told that there was not a new tank on his truck. He would get back to me. He did not. I called again that same week and got the same rude person. I was told that they could be there the day I called. As they had not called, I had plans for that day and could not have them. He then said it would be late the next week. The following Thursday, I called, and he said that he was going to call me, and the installer would be there on Friday. No notice whatsoever. I said that his customer service was not very good. He said, and I quote, "We are too busy". So the installer comes and asks me if I am having problems with the toilet. I said yes and explained. He said it can't be, as they had installed 1000. I said yes, I heard that, but this one does not work. He replaced reluctantly. This was possibly the worst company that I have ever done business. Do Not do business with them. Can't give a Zero or a negative or they would have got one.
