My HVAC died a tragic death so I called Powers and Gregory hoping for repair. But sadly that was…read morenot to be, it needed to be replaced, for the 3rd time in 30 years. Rodney Powers came out to talk to me and quote me some prices for a replacement. He called me back the same day to tell me the unit was ordered and when they would start the work. His crew was excellent and very courteous. They went above and beyond anything I experienced the 2 previous times I had to do this. Not only did they install the unit but they also replaced all my duct work and installed a new larger return. Rodney explained the existing return was too small and was most likely the reason my previous units died so soon. They suffocated from lack of ventilation. Neither of the previous companies even checked the return or duct work. It took 3-1/2 days to complete the extensive work. I wish I could give this company 10 stars. I will never use any other company. My old units ran all day trying to heat or cool my home. This new unit runs a few minutes and accomplishes the goal. I can only imagine how much money I've thrown away on wasted electricity over the years. There is much more to the story and I could go on and on, I can not say enough good about this company. If you have any heating and air needs, don't waste your time or money on any other company. Powers and Gregory is the one to call, trust me you will not be disappointed.

What truly impressed me was their attention to detail. During their visit, they noticed an additional issue that my tenant had mentioned but had not formally reported yet. AJ immediately brought it to my attention, recognizing that it could become a health hazard if left unaddressed. As both an investor and landlord, I appreciated his honesty and expertise--it was clear he wasn't trying to upsell or take advantage of the situation. He made the right call for the safety and comfort of my tenants, and that level of integrity is rare and invaluable. Being located in GA, it can be challenging to manage properties from a distance, but finding AJ and his team has been a blessing. Knowing that they are close by, responsive, and truly looking out for my property and my tenants gives me tremendous peace of mind. AJ, thank you--and thanks to your entire team--for your outstanding service. You have earned my trust, and I look forward to relying on you as part of my trusted team of reliable contractors from here on out!

Originally called because air conditioner was not working. Determined the freon leak was inside and no fix. Only replace. Well, I thought the technician from Hill's (I guess he's sub-contracted to Quality Service) was being nice by Disabling the "cool" part of the heat pump, so I didn't damage anything in case the thermostat was accidentally set to "cool." WRONG!! Now my inside house fan runs constantly when you put it on "heat." I have to go to the thermostat and turn the unit off/on to get the fan to stop. This is Not Fair. It was Working, they fiddled with something and now the fan Does Not Turn OFF on it's own. They are even Refusing a Free Looksie without repairing. This is OUTRAGEOUS! DO NOT HIRE!! Matt is the one Refusing to at least have a technician come look at no charge. Don't deal with him!!!

They turned the outlet right side up, which fixed the issue. My problem isn't with the service itself. My issue is with the office staff, in particular, the young woman I spoke to this morning. The appointment window I was given was from 8:00-8:30AM. It was after 10:30AM before they showed up. Apparently, they were called out on an emergency, which is why they were so late getting to me. You'd think the office staff would call and let you know, but nobody bothered. And when I called at 10:00AM to find out why they hadn't shown up, the girl I spoke too sounded like I'd woken her up. The office help isn't doing this business any favors.
