They turned the outlet right side up, which fixed the issue. My problem isn't with the service itself. My issue is with the office staff, in particular, the young woman I spoke to this morning. The appointment window I was given was from 8:00-8:30AM. It was after 10:30AM before they showed up. Apparently, they were called out on an emergency, which is why they were so late getting to me. You'd think the office staff would call and let you know, but nobody bothered. And when I called at 10:00AM to find out why they hadn't shown up, the girl I spoke too sounded like I'd woken her up. The office help isn't doing this business any favors.

He added outlets in a bathroom and a laundry room installed five light fixtures, a dimmer and replaced two non-operable exterior power outlets. He's a hard worker and very knowledgeable. Plus he cleans up after he's finished and you never even know he was there. His work is top-notch and his prices are very reasonable. I had a previous appointment canceled by one of their competitors. The service technician was very professional, mindful, and thorough and did not rush the job. Last Dec my heater went out and they came out next day and was able to make the repair (replaced motor)that same day. Originally called because air conditioner was not working. Determined the freon leak was inside and no fix. Only replace. Well, I thought the technician from Hill's (I guess he's sub-contracted to Quality Service) was being nice by Disabling the "cool" part of the heat pump, so I didn't damage anything in case the thermostat was accidentally set to "cool." WRONG!! Now my inside house fan runs constantly when you put it on "heat." I have to go to the thermostat and turn the unit off/on to get the fan to stop. This is Not Fair. It was Working, they fiddled with something and now the fan Does Not Turn OFF on it's own. They are even Refusing a Free Looksie without repairing. This is OUTRAGEOUS! DO NOT HIRE!! Matt is the one Refusing to at least have a technician come look at no charge. Don't deal with him!!!
