I will never have a single bad thing to say about this place. The staff is truly filled with joy,…read moregrace and kindness. They treat you like family and even though I've become a regular, I've also seen them treat brand new patients as family as well. They truly care about their patients. And it doesn't hurt that their new building is as BEAUTIFUL as they are! They've made a move to a new location and they took the time to make the environment truly feel like home.

Went to this dentist for years- over a decade actually. Chelsea always did my cleanings and I was…read morealways pretty happy with her. One doctor had left this office and they got a new guy. Ever since then things were different. The last two times I went for a simple cleaning I was charged around $70. First time I was told it was for Xrays. Weird I had to pay out of pocket but I just accepted it. Went back earlier this year and paid MORE than the last time, it was $90 something for just a cleaning!? Then suddenly Renee informs me I'm out of network. Couldn't have told me this before? Especially considering I've been loyal to this office for 10 years?! I called to question it and they said they might've charged me for my DADS exam or something. I haven't been under his insurance in years. Renee was out of office so the girl told me they would call back and refund some of it. This was five months ago. Needless to say that refund never happened. Thanks okc smiles, I won't ever be back. Super upset I've recommended people here in the past.

Dr. Leemaster and his staff have been amazing! I always receive a friendly welcome from everyone…read more Prior to my appointment all charges are explained and printed out. When I come in for my appt they always tell me what is owed before I begin so there are no surprises. Overall a great experience!

I've been a patient here since 2016 and have always kept up with my cleanings four times a year…read more For years, the care was great, but since management changed, the quality of service and professionalism have gone downhill. Over the past year or so, I've had repeated billing issues -- told I had a large credit and owed nothing, only to get a bill the next month, then another for the same amount even after calling to fix it. I also had my worst filling experience here, where the cavity got overfilled, changing it's shape, and ended up getting a much more expensive and painful root canal to fix it. Today was the final straw. I had a 4:00 PM cleaning booked months ago and took time off work for it. At 2:06 PM, while in a meeting, I got a text asking me to confirm because someone else wanted my slot. Fourteen minutes later, they canceled my appointment via voicemail and gave it away -- no warning, no call, no mention of any new confirmation policy, not even the courtesy of enough time to check my phone. In nearly ten years, I've never missed an appointment and have rarely replied to reminder texts (I literally only have record of confirming once out of 4x a year for a decade), so this came out of nowhere. When I called, the manager was dismissive and acted like it was normal and acceptable to cancel a pre-scheduled appointment an hour before, which is absurd and awful customer care. People have jobs and responsibilities. Canceling with less than two hours' notice because someone else wanted the time I already committed to shows no respect or care for patients. Even their billing department takes longer than 14 minutes to return a call. I truly love several of the hygienists and have been loyal for years, but the management's lack of compassion, accountability, and basic customer service skills has made it impossible to recommend this office anymore. If you want a cleaning today, they might bump another patient for you... just don't count on keeping your appointment.

The waiting room is comfortable and clean with plenty of stuff to read. I was called back promptly at 2:45 and had x-rays taken. Dr. Bird then came in and went over my medical/dental history, then he examined me. They play music throughout the office, which I liked. By 3:00 I was getting my teeth cleaned by a fantastic hygienist named Belinda. Maybe the best teeth cleaning experience I've ever had. She's clearly very experienced and had a quick but thorough hand when it came to the teeth cleaning. Plus, I was pleasantly surprised to leave with an electric toothbrush when the first visit was over. Can't recommend this place enough and I know I've found my dentist for many years.

I was insulted by Dr. Bird by denying me dental service just because he did not feel comfortable…read morewith me. In my first visit to his office, he said that I needed to to pull my two tooths, so he scheduled me for that. So, when I went to his office the second time, he told me how can I help you today? I was surprised he aske me that because I was coming to extract my two teeth. So, I said don't you know why I am here today! Intuitively, he should have known why I was there and should not have asked me how can I help you today, as if he does not know what the plan is! Even, his secretary on the front desk, she wanted to make payment even before the service, I told her I would pay after the service is done! Terrible experience. To be fair, one of his employee was very nice and fair and helped, her name was Hailee, I don't know if the spelling is correct. One more thing, he took x-rays to all my teeth and charged my insurance like $ 215, my question is why did he do that if he was going to ask me to find another dentist! I am 70 years old and yet he treated me like that and the end he Shaked my hand! really Shame. he was really inpatient. Dentists must be patients with their patients! I am hurt!
