To…read moremake matters a bit more interesting, my wife and I made the purchase in Lancaster, PA while we were still living in California. Which, would probably seem like a nightmare of a challenge. I can't describe how grateful and fortunate we feel about having Amy as our agent through the process. She has gone above and beyond, every step of the way, from prospecting houses, setting up virtual viewings for me, walking me through the whole process, and making me feel secure in every decision. There was a lot of back and forth with a handful of sellers and I never would have been able to navigate it all without Amy's experience and support. I don't want to over hype Amy, because certainly, our circumstances were uniquely challenging, buying a home from across the country, but Amy has done so much to go out of her way to ensure that the house is set up and ready for us after we make the drive across the country. She helped with the purchase and installation of a fridge and washer and dryer, facilitated the delivery of our bed so we have somewhere to sleep when we arrive, and has been 1,000% attentive to every single one of our needs through the process. This person is literally an Angel, is extremely responsive, and genuinely cares about the quality of your experience, as you take the leap into home ownership. We felt truly cared for and I can safely say that there's no way you'll do better with another agent if you're looking to buy a home in the area.

When my mother decided to move out of her house of thirty-two years, this was a very difficult decision for her to make and she was also in poor physical health. Missy went above and well beyond anything a realtor is expected to do. Missy listened to my mother talk, she drove my mother around Lancaster to run errands, she packed for my mother, she arranged for movers, landscaping, roofers, and just about everything else my mother needed done. She recognized my mother's limited mobility and just how difficult it was emotionally for my mother to leave her house. Missy provided excellent service, she was patient, understanding, and was an great listener. I highly recommend Missy Boots if you are interested in selling your house. She will literally do everything she can to make your home selling process as easy and comfortable as possible. She was a Godsend when my mother really needed one.
