That day I immediately went on Yelp's "Request A Quote" to get ahead of the rush of people looking for roof contractors. Four people got back to me, including Roberts Roof Repair. Jason Roberts was the only one who immediately booked an assessment for the following day. Jason came out, checked my roof, tarped and patched all the spots with missing shingles, took a tons of photos for my insurance co., and with his 30 years of roof experience told me, "you're definitely going to need an entire roof." Welp, he was right and when my insurance came out and assessed everything, they agreed. Sadly, my insurance company dragged their feet for about two weeks until finally sending me the money for the roof. Once I sent Jason the down payment for materials, they were delivered within four days and two days later I had an entire crew at my house. His team worked fast, they were able to tear off my old roof and put on the new roof with in about eight hours! If you need a new roof or any small contractor jobs, I highly recommend Roberts Roofing company.

Throughout the entire process Jason has been the consummate professional. I was highly impressed when he made himself immediately available to inspect my roof, provided a detailed estimate (labor & materials provided along with terms & conditions) as well as detailed information about the roof replacement process and roofing material products. He even took time to deliver actual roofing samples for me to review and choose from during his travels to my parents home in Memphis. He continued to go above and beyond what was required, making a very stressful situation less stressful. If I had any questions; which of course I did, he always responded. I would highly recommend Roberts Roof Repair for all your roofing needs. You'll definitely be in great hands!

If you live in TN and your home is on a crawlspace basement, you will probably need to have it…read moreencapsulated sooner or later. Our home was built in 2006 on the highest elevation of our property. Still, everything slopes to the creek and we realized we were getting water intrusion in the crawlspace. That became a bigger problem thanks to the impressive rainfall in Middle TN. I started looking for a company to do the encapsulation and received a recommendation from a trusted friend. He said Crawlspace Solutions is the only game in town. We both know the owner of the company as he sometimes shops in our place of work. My friend used to work in the crawlspace industry and knew Jarrod (owner) and the stellar reputation of his company. Jarrod gave me an excellent quote and also told me about the extent of the water intrusion, recommending French drains and a sump pump, in addition to an industrial dehumidifier. Through my research, I was able to understand Jarrod's concerns and his proposed fix. He and his company provided so much more value for the money it was a no-brainer to go with Crawlspace Solutions for this significant project. His crew was professional, expedient, and clearly happy to work for this great company. The day they brought in the gravel for the French drains, they really displayed their teamwork and friendly humor! The entrance to the crawlspace is about 24" square. They had to relay a huge number of 50 pound bags of gravel while sitting on their knees all the way to the other side of the house! It went on for nearly 30 minutes and must have been exhausting! Throughout it, they laughed and joked with each other, but got that terrible job done and went on about their business. It's now one year later and everything is working perfectly. During the recent heavy rains, the sump pump showed its value, pumping significant amounts of water out of the French drains and away from the house. Money well spent! I highly recommend Crawlspace Solutions to anyone with similar issues!

Daily communication occurred (often multiple times during a given day) on a Prestige-created text thread. We virtually always knew where the project was on the timeline and were never left wondering. When circumstances arose with a given subcontractor's schedule, Carter let us know in advance. He had already figured out how he would deal with the situation (or had already dealt with it). The subcontractors were always kind, respectful, competent in their various trades, and respectful of our home. We had two bathrooms completely remodeled (one of them was also enlarged), a hardwood floor installed in three bedrooms and a game room, doorways widened and new doors installed. The existing deck was enlarged and screened in (using materials that exactly matched). In addition, several items of assistive equipment were installed. Any changes we desired were accommodated. Everything was done very professionally, per the contract (with changes per our wishes). All of the work was of top-notch quality that was never compromised. Mike B.

I wish I didn't have to write this review: we had a great experience with the company a couple…read moreyears ago (so great that I served as a reference for them!), so when we needed help with a substantial primary bathroom renovation, they were our first call. Unfortunately, our experience this time around was terrible -- I cannot in good faith recommend them anymore. Giving two stars (rather than one) because the work quality was very good. Subs did a great job, were friendly and cleaned up after themselves. In the end, we didn't go over budget. But we paid a lot of money and experienced a lot of unnecessary delay and drama. In short, our project was a victim of poor communication and lack of ownership taking responsibility. We went through four project managers: the first went MIA on us, delaying the demo start by 6 weeks; the second hadn't read any of the project briefing and let us to believe none of our materials had been ordered; the third was too busy with other projects to make ours a priority; and the fourth was brand new, didn't really know what he was doing, and wasn't getting the oversight he needed from leadership. To the company's credit, they didn't end up charging us for project management--as we'd been doing a big portion of it ourselves. Ultimately, a project that should've taken 8-10 weeks took 16 weeks (and that's after the 6-week-delayed start). The thing that was most frustrating was that while Dan was fairly responsive to our outreach when things were regularly going wrong, he was also regularly pretty dismissive of our concerns and didn't take responsibility for all of the mistakes and screw-ups that were the result of his team's failings--failing to read the brief; failing to install underfloor heating and electrical that was in the brief, resulting in ripping up tile that had just been laid; failing to inspect goods on arrival so that they could be replaced when broken without delaying the project; failing to tell us about budget implications of design choices, etc. Dan will say I was mad when things went wrong, and that some of those things were out of their control. Yes, I was mad. But mostly I was disappointed that I trusted this company, and they took advantage of that trust.

John was extremely nice, professional, and did a thorough job. John worked very quickly to come out to our home and inspect the roof in tandem with the insurance adjuster, whom John was even nice enough to schedule to be there at the time of the insurance inspection. All the paperwork and insurance hassle went very smoothly, and John was quick to answer questions, concerns, and provide recommendations on roofing materials, as well as guide us through the process (as we are first time homeowners and had never done anything like this before). When the guys came out to install the new roof (about 2 weeks later, due to the amount of jobs in our neighborhood alone), they did everything right that we can tell. They were quick and efficient in removing all the old shingles/roofing material and started re-roofing from the bare wood on the roof. Quality job, and the results look great!
