We first met Todd while looking at open houses a year ago to check out different neighborhoods around Parker and Highlands Ranch. Todd was memorable because of how professional and thorough he was. So much that we remembered him a year later! We were quite picky with our selections and he guided us, as first time home buyers, through each and every step. He pointed out the good and the bad of each house tour and neighborhood to make sure we knew exactly what we were getting into. We finally found a house we loved and Todd put us in the position to ultimately win the listing in a competitive landscape. Then it was time for the whole escrow process. We thought we'd be overwhelmed, but Todd went through each and every document, thoroughly explaining item by item. He made the whole process a breeze and his attention to detail was spot on. Todd also went above and beyond after the sale to open up the house to get a few systems installed since we were not in the area. Multiple trips back and forth, when he didn't have to. All in all, we absolutely recommend Todd whether you're looking to buy, sell, or invest in real estate. You won't find a more thorough, professional, genuine agent!

In my experience, most realtors are nice but I find myself wondering why in the world I am spending that much money for their services. We have been working with Adam for the last year as we relocated from Chicago to the Denver metro…read morearea. We began our search looking for existing homes and Adam was wonderful in helping us navigate the complicated Denver market - especially since we were new to the area and had no idea where we wanted to plant roots. He helped us navigate the pros and cons of each neighborhood, which neighborhoods had better investment potential, and we trusted him enough to put an offer on a house that we had not even seen - he did a virtual walk through with us! When that deal fell through (because the seller made no concessions on major issues), Adam helped us navigate the contract process. Ultimately we decided on a new construction and Adam again blew us away with his knowledge and expertise around the new home process. He was proactive in every step of the process and was always one step ahead on what needed to be done. We experienced a lot of setbacks with the builder and Adam took it upon himself to escalate our issues with the builder and ensure that all issues were resolved appropriately. We've worked with two other realtors in the Chicago area and both pale in comparison to Adam. His persistence, attentiveness, and overall willingness to do what needs to be done, far exceeded our expectations. I would recommend Adam 100 times over again to friends, family and strangers on the street. What would have been a very stressful home buying experience, Adam made so much easier and I am so grateful for having worked with him.
