My wife and I have done four transactions with Todd, two buys, two sells. We would have done two more with Todd, but were purchasing out of the state. I have known Todd for over twenty five years and he is loyal, truthful, transparent, smart, creative..... the list goes on. He is approachable, easy going, professional, hands on, optimistic, and listened well to our needs and thoughts.
