I think the improved circulation it provided may have helped ease whatever pain I had. The TCMs definitely helped with the night sweats. They worked within 2 - 3 days of taking them. It was like magic! The only thing is, if you stop taking them, it comes back. I tested it a few times to see if I was over the sweats. I like that the medicines are natural herbs and that I'm not playing around with hormones. Dr Gary is attentive, he listens to your concerns and takes his time to come up with a plan for you. I go to the chiropractor every month, but my back still aches, so my chiropractor actually recommended getting massages. I had the combo massage for an hour at $80 & it felt way longer than an hour! Assumed this was half Thai & regular massage, which was great because last Thai massage I had elsewhere was SO PAINFUL. She started by standing on my back and dug her toes in & cracked my back in 4 different places! That's when I knew it was gonna be good! She cracked me in places I didn't even know could be cracked! She asked if I liked it hard in the beginning, so if you don't like it hard just let her know. I like it hard and this was almost perfect.. Thai massages I just assume are slightly more "hard" so I expected it to be, but wasn't overbearing. I must've had a tight right shoulder because she was massaging that area a lot & was relentless until it loosened up. She does full body front & back. She even cracked my neck & sides like my chiropractor does. It was an overall great massage. I actually plan on making this my massage place now. I was surprised at how strong Mei is for her size! Mei is a lady with some excellent training. Elbows knees and hands! I got the August 90 minutes special. She asked me hard or medium? I went with hard because that seems to work best for me. Don't get the hard massage if you are squeamish. I think most people can handle the hard massage but her medium massage is equal to a hard massage at other places. Her elbows took care of some horrible knots I had in my back. Most places ignore the knots they just go over them lightly. She finds them! And she makes them soft and then they go away. Believe me I've had a lot of massages this lady blows everybody else away! I took advantage of the gift certificate special and bought four of them as gifts. I'm going to keep one for myself though.
