I came back to acupuncture after having a miscarriage to heal and hopefully get pregnant again in February of 2025. Christina talked me through everything - supplements, acupuncture cadence and benefits of cupping and infared sauna. I took the supplements as directed and came in 8x a month, with occasional adjustments to my membership. I will never forget joining in a sound bath at Vitality Wellness in the first month and laying underneath the wall of babies Christina helped bring to this world. I prayed I would have a little one of my own to join the wall. By June of 2025 I was pregnant! And came in regularly every month to be supported by acupuncture and cupping.
