After visiting urgent care, the hospital and following up with my regular doctor; I was still in so much pain from a pinched nerve that I couldn't even sit up or walk. Every doctor I saw prescribed me different meds, but nothing even took the edge off of the intense pain. Following ONE visit with Quest Chiropractic, I'm able to walk, drive and sit up. The sharp, shooting pain has been reduced to a dull, throbbing pain. I know that doesn't sound great, but after dealing with the initial, excruciating pain for so many days, this is a miracle. Dr. Meeks is amazing at his profession. With his expertise, he helps minimize the tension/discomfort in my neck and shoulders. I'm a very active 67 year old and with his knowledge I am able to keep up with all the daily chores that come with maintaining a house/yard. Also, it helps me in keeping up comfortably with my exercise program. While visiting Dr. Meeks for the above mentioned issues, I informed him I have a lot of problems with the flexibility of my right hand, and in the past had trigger finger, which was treated with steroid shots. An orthopaedic surgeon diagnosed my hand issue as Dupuytren's contracture (aka, includes lumps in the palm of the hand and less hand flexibility). Within several visits of Dr. Meeks working on my hand, it has been feeling so much better and not as stiff as it was (after weeks of painting our house). So, that was a bonus as I didn't realize chiropractors could address many physical problems that don't have anything to do with our necks or backs. So happy a friend of mine steered me towards Dr. Meeks. Giving this 1 star because you can't give none. Went there a few times never again!!!! Front desk person was some ditsy blonde who had no idea what she is talking about. She just tried to push me into scheduling future appointments. Whenever I needed to reschedule an appt. they were very pushy and tried to guilt me into coming in. The doctor goes through his patients like an assembly line. Spends a minute with you and tries to push you out ASAP to free up a bed. I was given a Groupon for a one time chiropractic adjustment with Dr. Meeks as a gift. While making my appointment, they were extremely flexible in the times available. Once I arrived, I was treated warmly as family both by the staff and by Dr. Meeks. Not only did I feel worlds better after my adjustment, but the doctor made the decision that even though I am between insurances, my back and spinal issues, while somewhat minor, were serious enough that they would continue seeing me on the house until my new work insurance kicks in. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Meeks, the staff at Quest, and their patient practices. I plan on continuing my treatments well after I am able to afford the care myself. Dr. Meeks is the friendliest and most generous chiropractor around. I bought a groupon and tried it out and loved it. My insurance didn't cover future visits so as a christmas gift he gave me a handful of appointments on the house. They have whole body vibration machines, massage roller beds, and hydrotherapy beds. It was such a great experience and I 100% recommend him and his great staff. read more

We also , like a previous customer has said -totally agree . This office runs the people in and out in five minutes and is more interested in setting you up for the next " 28 visits that your insurance allows " . I also did not want to give it any stars! It started off when we were new to the area and looking for a new chiropractor. We drove by & I went in .... I asked the person working the desk if they were a preferred provider for our insurance . She of course said ," yes". My husband & I both immediately had X-rays . $1300!!! 5 minutes later the doctor assured us both he could help us .... IN FIVE DAYS. When his office was open again. I never bothered to make my return appointment but the doctor did send me two letters to say that I needed to get back in to see him. I'm sure he had 27 more visits our insurance would pay him on his mind. Since then, we have gotten several notices from our insurance company that they are NOT PREFERRED providers and that even though he never adjusted me - my 30 seconds in his office and X-rays would cost $1300. So RUN THE OTHER WAY & find someone who really can help your back feel better. And don't trust the people at the desk know what insurance they are preferred providers for . RIPOFF read more

This place is a total scam. He can't seem to sit still for one minute, he has extremely pushy employees that are all about pushing you to make appointments but when you actually attend the appointment, you're in and out the door in five minutes! If you Google his name and office you'll find many sites with the same negative reviews. He's all about advocating health and love and creating affirmations for the employees to apparently use to help being in more clients and create a more positive atmosphere (from what I heard through a friend who works there now) and yet the man is all about making money and making his clients feel like they're selling themselves, not getting treatment. Interesting firm. If you enjoy a production line environment. If you have insurance or medicare they will treat you often and bill them quickly. They treated a friend for 5 months who needed a hip replacement on both hips. When Medicare said enough said we ccan not help. Meeks and the entire staff greet you warmly and friendly. They are well trained to have great manners and warm smiles. The Dr. teaches others in his profession how to run a profitable and excellent business. My assumption is he is great at it. The place is very clean with nearby parking and a cute receptionist with a very nice personality. read more

As the saying goes "it is what it is." Everyone is very friendly, but I get sick of hearing the same old " are you ready, Greg-(insert your own name, if you go)?" as you move from one station to the next. It is definitely an assembly line operation as you move from one machine to the next(3 machines) to warm you up before a quick adjustment. That said, I am happy with the results and do feel as though Dr. Meeks cares about doing a good job. My head tends to hang forward. After my very first visit, I was upright again. I am still in the process of getting my spine aligned. I have been making daily visits for the past 3 months. It is taking longer than I'd like, but my spine didn't get out of alignment over night either. I do realize that it has a bit of an impersonal feeling to it, but the most important thing is the results. I am happy with the results I have gotten. read more

I started treatment at this office in the beginning of 2019. I have no insurance, and I had severe lower back pain, shoulder pain, and knee pain. I should have expected that it was all about making money with this guy when I tried to inquire about my symptoms, possible treatment and pricing. He didn't discuss treatment with me, he wasn't even listening to me and addressing my concerns. He only tried to assure me that I was getting a good deal as part of some family plan. This should have raised a red flag, but I was in too much pain at that time. At first, I was very happy, because I was improving, but as the time progressed, I realized that this guy does not care about patients. He runs an assembly line chiropractic service. They give you five minutes on a vibration plate, five minutes on a roller/massage bed, and five minutes on a water bed. After that you are off to his office. He only spends less than five minutes on you, making a few quick adjustments, after which he "politely" kicks you out of his office to make room for the next "patient. Every time you try to ask him a question about the treatment or your symptoms, he gives you a quick non-answer and let's you out of his office quickly. He took initial x-rays and then follow-ups, but he does not discuss these with you in detail. Even when I tried to push him to show me the x-rays and compare to these from a few months ago, he only gives you short answers and prints them out for you instead of explaining to you what they mean and if you improved. Last time I specifically went to him at the end of the shift, so I could be his last patient for the day, so we could discuss the x-rays. Only after about 10 minutes where I had to push him for answers, he started printing them out for me again and refused to further discuss them. His exact words were, quote "I need to kick you out, because my wife is waiting for me. This was the last drop for me. I am not going there ever again. He is superficially friendly, but he is all about money. He treats his patients like cattle and does not give them the time of day. His sidekick, Dr. Nataly is even worse. She does not discuss anything with you, she never asks you about pain and how you feel, she does a few quick adjustments and lets you go. My advice to you is not to go there. This is a conveyor belt chiropractic service. I am still leaving two stars, because I have major improvement and reduction of my pain, but it is just not worth it going there anymore. read more

This Doctor was one with bad intentions. He did not put effort into making sure any progress was being made. After a year of therapy, couple times a week, and no improvement was made, he took no initiative to change the therapy but continue to set up appointment to take my money, not help me. I since then have seen a different chiropractor and and the routine is a 180 degree turn from Dr Meeks. My new doctor examined my x-rays first thing and created therapy according to what my body needed. Dr Meeks is a waste of money and a waste of time that your body can be healing. read more
