Not for me, spent month in vain, and money in vain, make sure that the insurance really covers…read moreeverything, don't trust what the office says

This review is written about the process of making an appointment even prior to seeing one of the…read moredoctors. The process for a new patient is filled with road blocks. I have been using computers for over 50 years so I can claim to know a thing or two about how to fill out forms on PC. The process was obviously built by a whiz kid who believes that everyone in the world has a "smart" phone tethered to their hip and does not live in a world of reality where there are all kinds of technical skills or lack of them. The Foot and Ankle Clinic first requires that you fill out forms that they will send you by email. These are claimed to be "fill-able" form that you can complete and submit to the Clinic. First problem: If you are using a Windows PC, what you receive is not a fill-able form. After several failures to get this to work, I realized that it is an image of the form. The US Government, with all of its deficiencies, does a better job of producing a form that is formatted properly and is truly fill-able. So, OK you cannot use a windows PC. It would be nice to know ahead of time. Next problem: So you give in and move on the receiving a form on you "smart" phone. Mine happens to be an Android but I assume that it would work with a I-phone as well. So this is the second locked door that your must pass through. But if you do not possess such a phone, your are not allowed to register. Let us move on. Assuming that you got through this door, you may encounter another roadblock. Depending on your device, the keyboard that you use may not have all of the alphanumeric characters needed for the entries. For example, when you get to providing your SSN the form expects that you will enter numbers and dashes. But if the keyboard that pops up has only numbers, an error is generated. Properly designed forms will automatically enter the dashes as you enter the numbers. Not so with this form. Finally I resorted to using my tablet with a standard keyboard attached and dashes could be entered. Then the forms were accepted and submitted. In summary, the ordeal was filled with frustration. We shall see how the actual appointment goes.

Stay FAR FAR away from this place! For those being a medical place I couldn't believe how…read moreunprofessional it was. I called to make an appointment as I had an injury and needed a same day appointment so took to google, as I have really good insurance coverage and can go anywhere with no referral. So I had my appointment all set, we pull up its a building in a strip mall that kind of worried me. We walk in no one in the waiting room everything perfectly in its place like nothing had been touched, my first thought was wonderful we will get right on and no wait. Next I sit down to fill out the paper work I fill it all out get to the last page, it ask for a credit card to keep on file and ask you to sign the bottom of the page basically saying they can charge your card for WHATEVER they want. It says they need the card to pay whatever insurance doesn't. For one I have never seen this in my life, two they should of informed me of this policy over the phone, and last I will not let ANYONE take a copy of my card. I told them I didn't have a credit card they told me then I couldn't be treated. I was speechless, in tears, and in pain. I told them I wanted my paper work back and the copy they made of my insurance card I didn't trust a place like that after this , they would probably try to charge my insurance without even seeing me. My next thought was businesses get broken into , what if someone breaks in to this place they have a copy of my credit card and everyone else's just crazy. This clearly explains why the waiting room was empty because they will no have patients when not telling people over the phone they need a credit card even with insurance! So today they lost a good patient, with excellent insurance and got a horrible honest review! Thankfully I now have an appt for tomorrow at a legit hospital with a superb doctor!
