It was kind of scary but this place is the place to go for your foot problems. It looks a rough around here. But this place is great! The lady at the front desk has great sense of humor! But far worse, he gave me an agonizing shot with no warning, sympathy, or explanation that I would shortly be in the worst pain of my life. That was for the extreme advanced arthritis in my toe, which he diagnosed but then told me the only thing to do is more shots or to "clean the joint out" of bone spurs. I saw another podiatrist who will be fusing the joint and also addressing the ingrown toenail. I wish this doctor would go out of business rather than practice with such ignorance and unpleasantness.

I was surprised at his constant concern about costs for the patients as well. I had an unusually difficult walking situation and was referred to him by a friend of a relative. Referrals are the best advertisement. He doesn't need reviews but I feel compelled to do so. If you have foot problems Dr. Dennis Guzman is the doctor you can trust! I will ad that the office atmosphere is fresh and clean feeling and the girls at the front desk and his helpers in the back are efficient and very helpful to both the patients and the doctor. At the initial visit, they also confirmed I would not have to pay anything with both Aetna and BlueCross. I already know I the double insurance covers this type of service. After returning the inserts which were far from custom or appropriate, I received a phone cal requesting I return for yet another visit. To say the least, I will not be going back nor would I ever recommend anyone else does. Wife tried to call after receiving a false billing, and these "professionals" hung up on her. I will now be calling both of my insurance companies to report them as fraudulent. I will also be searching for the proper Washington State department to report them as well.

My first appointment I think he knew I wasn't in good mood and I explained everything to him and I told him I was going to fire all my doctors - he is a very level headed doctor and after talking while convinced me to give the other a second shot. I would say.honestly without his help I may gave given.up and after a few appointments had me standing up and slowly on.my scabs and scars slowing disappeared and had me walking long distance. A really good guy who you can enjoy talking to. Not to mention he was a state champion in badminton. All the staff very helpful and I wasn't sure about the custom soles but man what a difference. I have been seeing Dr Frazier since 2003 he has been amazing!…read more He had done my ingrown toe nails both feet in 2003 and recently in 2026. He listens to you and is kind and explains what's wrong and how he will fix it. I used to have severe lymphedema both legs I was a regular client after losing a lot of weight I have minimal swelling just in the summer months. Parking is great it's huge lot and building and bathrooms are clean. Dr Frazier has been a great help to me he also does his surgeries at St Fransican hospital near by. Office staff is great but I did have a few issues and brought it to his attention he was not happy with that because they had bad phone etiquette. His location is kinda hidden when you make a left at the light stay to the left is across from a senior nursing facility. There are only 2 handicap spots up front extremely tight and not van accessible! Overall I highly recommended his practice!

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. I was taken back to the room, small, neat but again older in style. The Dr came in Dr Henry an older gentleman who has great bedside manner. Very friendly and put at ease during my visit. He cracked some jokes which I love and before I knew it my visit was over. Very kind staff. Highly recommend.
