This review is written about the process of making an appointment even prior to seeing one of the…read moredoctors. The process for a new patient is filled with road blocks. I have been using computers for over 50 years so I can claim to know a thing or two about how to fill out forms on PC. The process was obviously built by a whiz kid who believes that everyone in the world has a "smart" phone tethered to their hip and does not live in a world of reality where there are all kinds of technical skills or lack of them. The Foot and Ankle Clinic first requires that you fill out forms that they will send you by email. These are claimed to be "fill-able" form that you can complete and submit to the Clinic. First problem: If you are using a Windows PC, what you receive is not a fill-able form. After several failures to get this to work, I realized that it is an image of the form. The US Government, with all of its deficiencies, does a better job of producing a form that is formatted properly and is truly fill-able. So, OK you cannot use a windows PC. It would be nice to know ahead of time. Next problem: So you give in and move on the receiving a form on you "smart" phone. Mine happens to be an Android but I assume that it would work with a I-phone as well. So this is the second locked door that your must pass through. But if you do not possess such a phone, your are not allowed to register. Let us move on. Assuming that you got through this door, you may encounter another roadblock. Depending on your device, the keyboard that you use may not have all of the alphanumeric characters needed for the entries. For example, when you get to providing your SSN the form expects that you will enter numbers and dashes. But if the keyboard that pops up has only numbers, an error is generated. Properly designed forms will automatically enter the dashes as you enter the numbers. Not so with this form. Finally I resorted to using my tablet with a standard keyboard attached and dashes could be entered. Then the forms were accepted and submitted. In summary, the ordeal was filled with frustration. We shall see how the actual appointment goes.

Our first appointment he checked my feet and showed me how to use KP to tape it right up. I also a toenail and had a blood blister on another from a hike before I went to see him. He helped take care of the blood blister and prescribed something to help my toes grow back. From there, he did an ultrasound to see how tight everything was and recommended me to a physical therapist. He also fitted me for custom insoles that I can wear with any shoe. I just went in for my annual follow-up today and ordered more insoles. His staff is also phenomenal! From the receptionist to his medical staff, everyone is so welcoming and lovely. Definitely recommend coming here if you need a podiatrist!

When the numbing medication wore off she was in a tremendous amount of pain. Nothing we did would relieve it. I called the office and found they didn't have any way to reach their office nights and weekends...they did procedures and didn't even call to see how my daughter did after having a very painful procedure done. I do NOT recommend .

It was actually a very good experience, surgical staff very knowledgeable, made me comfortable and answered all my questions. Got to meet with Dr. Beirman prior to surgery, he was full of energy and assured me everything was going to be okay....cool guy!...I was so comfortable I didn't want to go home! I had no pain afterwards, just some swelling and used ice to help. Had absolutely no problems with this surgery. My only bitch was not being able to drive for six weeks, but I had my pins removed today, no problems there and in a week or so I will be able to drive and wear a normal shoe. If you are considering a hammertoe surgery and have done your research you know that this is not a simple operation. I could not be happier with the results. And I want to stress that throughout this long procedure, Dr. Beirman answered all of my questions, didn't sugar coat any of the drawbacks and assured me that some of my fears and hesitations were normal...but walking around in pain was not normal. I am glad I went into this with his help and I'm glad to be on the other side looking back and realizing although this was arduous, I wouldn't be here if he wasn't a complete professional and an excellent doctor. I hope my review will help anyone contemplating this kind of surgery to consider Dr. Beirman.

The receptionist and MA are very pleasant and helpful BUT everyone else, including the doctor, were not helpful and very impatient. They OVER BILLED my insurance, charged me for equipment I did not receive, held my records hostage, and rushed my appointments. Dr. Cullen's bedside manner needs work. She didn't help me at all. I requested my X-rays four times to be sent to my new podiatrist (who is amazing) - here we are a month later and still NO x-rays sent and still not available in the portal. RUN AWAY FAST! I may have lost my foot were it not for her tenacity. I've seen four different doctors over nearly 5 years, trying to get my foot healed. I made limited progress each time but the ulcer just wouldn't heal. It continually got worse. Thank God I found Dr. Buckley. This is a satellite office of their Kirkland location, where the primary physician is Dr. Mikhail Burakovskiy. I met both doctors at my initial consultation. Dr. Burakovskiy assured me that he and Dr. Buckley would be a team in my care, especially if amputation became necessary. He also told me they would work hard to try to avoid that. They were in constant consultation on my case. Never did I doubt the extreme competence of the care I received. My feet and l thank you Dr. Buckley!
