I'll start by saying this guy is officially my go to guy when I have any plumbing needs! He was helpful from the 1st night I posted my plumbing need. We got on the phone and locked in an appointment. I received a confirmation text the day before to remind me. He called the morning of letting me know there was traffic. That is appreciated. He still managed to be here slightly early. He was very professional. He respected my home, and he was great in the work he performed. I respect people that communicate the process well. We had a n upstairs shower leaking down onto our downstairs ceiling. He was able to come in and diagnose where the leak was coming from, and then hashed out a plan of action. He shared the plan and gave me a quote prior to any work taking place. The quote was a lot better than what I was fearing. I can honestly say 1 of the reasons I never had this fixed prior to now was fear of the cost. His prices were beyond fair. He earned a lot of respect and trust from me. We had a slight delay because a tree was being cut down nearby, and he was very patient and understanding throughout the whole process. His hospitality and professionalism were excellent. He also took the time to explain why the piping had previously broke, we had previously hired another company, but they rushed the job and we ended up having to call Ry-Way Plumbing to properly address the issue. They even insisted on cleaning up the work area and left everything clean. Ryan Reyes installed a three piece faucet plus matching drain. He arrived as agreed, notifying me of his ETA, which helps in planning my day. His work was outstanding and as simple as the task usually is, for an accomplished plumber, he found an issue that he brought me in on and then resolved. Usually, the faucet pieces are attached to the sink top from underneath and when loosened the old unit is easily removed. Here .the prior installer glued the pieces to the granite top so removing them could result in damage. He successfully removed the old unit and finished the installation of the new faucet. Ryan did a fantastic job across two different meets for the same project. He came out about a weekend ago for a Friday evening service call. He didn't solve the problem, but offered a solution to where he finished it today to replace the faucet diverters. He was very fairly priced, and timely on it. My biggest thing was how personable he was, explained what was wrong, how to fix it, and honest about pricing. He even left his own belongings to get material he needed to complete the job. Ryan was amazing! We had a corroded, leaking outdoor faucet that frankly should have been replaced a long time ago. Ryan took the old one out and, since a similar type is unavailable right now, upgraded it.
