This has literally been the worse company I have ever worked with in my life, and I have had plenty of bad experiences to compare to! I ordered a dishwasher from Samsung the first week in January with an expected delivery date of the week of January 15th. I still have not received my dishwasher as it has been sitting in a warehouse in Fargo, ND since they received it on January 8th. When I called to schedule a delivery time, they told me they only deliver to my area once per month. I live 2 miles from I-94 and only 145 miles from their warehouse in Fargo, ND. It is now March 29th and I still have not received my dishwasher. I had a scheduled delivery date on March 25th. No one showed up. I spent two hours on the phone with XPO and Samsung on the 25th and was told this would be taken care of. it is now the 29th and I still don't have a dishwasher. This has been a nightmare. Every customer services agent is in India and each of them reads from a script and their only resolution for problems is to "email the local hub and get back to you in 24-48 business hours". Which by the way, that makes very little sense. I can't believe any reputable company would use this delivery company. Oh, and I was told my dishwasher was delivered this morning. Nope. Not there. When I called customer service, I was given the same quote from above. I am sure someone else in my town is loving their new dishwasher! It seems to me that maybe we should escalate this when you have apparently dropped off the dishwasher at someone else's house. My guess, it never left the warehouse in Fargo. Are there even staff there or is it in someone's garage? Do they have phone service??? I see they have a nice canned response about taking care of all these problems. If I could give XPO Logistics in Fargo, ND a "negative star" review I would. They are beyond horrible. We placed an order with Costco for two Samsung appliances and were told that one had arrived at the XPO warehouse in Fargo on April 23. It is now 4 weeks later and still no dishwasher. When I try to call XPO Customer Service, they tell me that the dishwasher is still in transit, or that they have no record of the dishwasher. The 2nd appliance we ordered is lost, and no seems to know that it even exists. The last place the microwave was heard from was in Romeoville, Illinois, back on May 3.  I've called Costco's Customer Service, and they are not able to get through to the local Fargo office of XPO to confirm a delivery date, even though according to tracking, our order has been in town since April 23.  This is beyond frustrating. I suggest that anyone who is considering XPO Logistics in Fargo, ND, for their delivery or supply chain solutions stay FAR AWAY from XPO FARGO, and look to do business with their competitors. read more

Update to my original review. 9 days later and still haven't gotten the package delivered. Was supposed to be delivered the 28th but obviously didn't happen. Shows out for delivery today but haven't heard from anyone. Brian, the "owner" reached out to help but didn't do a thing. This package has been in their possession since 12-2. No reason it shouldn't have been delivered. Horrible company, horrible customer service and horrible online support. There are not enough negative stars to give this company to actually mimic how I feel about them. Will be firing off an email to Costco to plead with them to reconsider ever using this incompetent company again. If "Brian, company owner" wants to give me a better view of this company, how about delivering the god damn package? . read more

he delivery crew was right on time. The two guys that delivered and setup my LG Washer and Dryer handled the products with extreme care to make sure no damage was done to either the products or the walls and doors. They were super professional and very easy to work with. The room that they placed the washer and dryer in was a smaller room and very tight spaced for where they were being positioned. It took a little more effort, but they handled it with ease. Would definitely have them deliver the next time that I order products for delivery. Very pleased with the service. read more

UPDATE: After writing my first review the Customer Service Team at RXO promptly took care of my request and from then on it was a fabulous experience. Thank You to Thomas in GA and Jacob in Fargo for your outstanding customer service!! The delivery was seamless. Thank You RXO scheduled a delivery for today and then cancelled my delivery saying that it will be another week before I will get my treadmill. They have had my treadmill in their facility already for one week. Very frustrating that they can't follow through on what they say they are going to do. read more

Worst company ever! They deserve negative 100 stars - my suggestion is go to XPO last mile in fargo and call the police and report your property stolen. At least this way you will get your property because if you think they are gonna deliver it Then you better be prepared to be disappointed. I am not overstating how awful this company is. If you are/have been dealing with the same problems as myself I suggest filing a complaint with the attorney general in ND and filing a complaint with BBB. read more

The two gentlemen that delivered our new mattress were nothing short of amazingggg! They were so friendly and helpful and manhandled our old Tempur-Pedic mattress like it was nothing. We were absolutely astonished how fast they made the delivery from start to finish. I don't think it was even 10 minutes. Just awesome! We gave them a bottle of water each for their workout, which they appreciate. Very impressed with the service we received today. read more

Our purchase came with free shipping and installation they did a very good job setting up the appliance. I think one guy said his name was Victor. I had been sleeping upon their arrival to deliver my mattress, oops. Once I greeted them at the door they were happy to give me a few minutes to deflate my air mattress and prepare the space for them to move my new mattress in. They were kind and quick! Our delivery team was a man and a woman. We live in North Dakota. I got the emails to schedule our delivery and email/ text updates reminding us and they most definitely called when they were 30mins away. They were quick and polite. Woman was courteous to ask what room and which way I'd like our bike to face. read more

Perfect! Great communication via email and text. got a narrowed delivery time window and a 30 minute heads up text and phone call. You could track truck on text. Two delivery guys were pleasant, polite and efficient. Will definitely use again!!! This was a delivery set up through IKEA. read more

My delivery drivers were very kind, courteous, and also they were super quick in setting up my MYX bike! Even got it down in the basement. They gave me a 25 minute heads up prior to arrival. They asked if they should take off their shoes and everything. I thought they did a great job! read more
