I cannot tell you how impressed I have been with this store over the years, and most recently with Kat in the print department. She worked persistently and tirelessly on helping to redesign my former business brochure and business cards. She went above and beyond for me and I so appreciate her efforts and this store! This Office Depot is sadly beautiful, it's employees radiate an aura of loneliness and depression, but at the same time are a ray of light in this dark world. Nick, our beautiful, long haired, customer service rep commanded the room wIth such a strong presence and was very helpful. The employees tend to be very rude. For example, today I went to get a specific notebook, but while I asked if they had one, the lady 'helping' me rudely stated that they didn't sell those.... Even though I got one last year. Another thing that happened was that the lady checking me out pushed my bag aside and completely disregarded me once the transaction was complete. I prefer going to Target for such supplies. read more

Asking for membership status when it is not needed, it is slightly annoying when the membership status isn't really worth much but is insisted upon, I know wallmart does the same thing but there rewards program isnt something to write home about. As For taking down my review i find reasonably Legit eh we will see but here we go. Office Max is an okay if you don't mind paying an extra dollar for supplies. Or waiting in line for 15 min, perhaps a slight over exaggeration. Even so for a store that sells basic office supplies you wouldn't think it would take so long to check you out. I wouldn't go to this store for computer information or to purchase one myself the computer selection is tiny and the information about the computer is less so. The employees don't really seem to be doing anything because several times i was there i was not offered help people just seemed to stand around and talk. i stand by my reviews I can be a bit Cut Throat but i hope to touch upon points where stores can improve upon themselves.
