I brought a DJI mini SE drone for an estimate to repair it following a crash. Mark examined it and felt like he could repair it, but made no promise that he would be successful. I felt that he would be honest and fair with me so I authorized the repair. He contacted me following the full exam and told me he would in fact be able to make the repair and promised me that if he ran into unforeseen issues and was not able to make a complete repair that I would only be charged the initial repair deposit of $50. He then told me what the cost would be before continuing with the repair. I then authorized him to continue and when he completed the repairs he called and informed me that it had been tested and was ready to be shipped. I would highly recommend Mark for anyone having problems with their Drone!!! read more

I bought a pre built PC (Cyber Power) through Amazon in March and I've been having problems with it ever since. I took my computer into iCare to see if there was anything they could do, and Mark specifically went above and beyond to help resolve my problem. It ended up being Cyber Power supplied me with a faulty mother board... Mark went over some options of what I should get, iCare got the part ordered up and they installed it for me. Through this whole process Mark would call and notify me on the situation. A+ customer service and I know where I will be bringing my electronics in the future if I ever have any problems. read more

I just want to clarify a review I wrote on 8/28/14. I had a totally negative experience with your store and wrote an appropriate review. You, James, wrote a response that was three times the length of my review but was lacking a couple of facts. You mentioned that I brought it to you after it was worked on by someone else. You forgot to mention that they worked on it 2 years before I brought it to you. For 2 years, it was a working iPad! I fail to understand how something done that long ago could suddenly manifest itself when your technician looked at it. Again, if you feel it is best to have a policy where you have decided that everyone's iPhone is more important than anyone's iPad, the least you could have done was told me you had this odd policy. I did make it clear that I was only in town a short time. I would have gone elsewhere if I had known that I could just get bumped down the schedule. I don't know how you tried to message me privately, but I never received anything. I do see you have made that same claim in your responses to other reviews. You have my phone number. Perhaps you tried to call me from an iPhone that was repaired at your shop. You are correct when you say the tech offered to keep it, fix it and ship it to me. What exactly from my experience at your shop makes you think that I would leave town and trust that I would ever see that iPad again? read more

Let me start by saying that I have had several devices repaired here before, and they have always done quick and good work by me. Today I stopped by their store to ask a favor. I had broken my screen on my iPhone 6,and wanted to try fixing it myself as I am good with electronics and wanted to save a few bucks. I ordered a screen kit with good reviews on Amazon complete with tool kit. As I got halfway through my repair, the cheap tiny screwdriver that was sent in the kit rounded off and was useless. I went to icare wireless repair in hopes that they would sell me one of theirs so I could finish and have my phone back. The nice folks there gladly gave me a couple of extras that had gotten with their own screen kits,and didn't even charge me for it! That kind of customer service is rare these days when there is nothing in it for them. I really appreciate it, and they now have a permanent customer in me. I will also tell everyone I know to go there if they need a repair. Thanks icare! read more

I had both my iPhone 4S and iPad 3rd Generation repaired here (with three kids our devices live a rough life). I was impressed with this place for the following reasons: 1. They gave me a discount for multiple devices. 2. I live 2 hours away so I needed the repairs done that same day. I dropped them off around 9am and they were done by 3pm. 3. The staff was friendly and super knowledgable about technology. 4. Both my iPhone and iPad looked brand new when they were done, all the ports were clean, and they performed a through checklist to make sure everything was working before returning them to me. This impressed me because I once had another screen repaired by a shop in Minneapolis and afterward the speaker didn't function properly and the front camera was covered, requiring a second visit. 5. Included with my receipt was a signed letter from the owner with his phone number in case I experienced any issues with their work. It has now been two months since the repairs were done and I've had no issues with either device. I would gladly reccommend these guys (and gals) to anyone needing Apple device screen repair. read more

After breaking my phone on a Saturday and dropping it off around three pm that afternoon, the icare team finished the repair by five pm that next Monday. Incredible turnaround, cheaper than was quoted, and super knowledgeable. On top of their amazing services, the staff and owner, James, were extremely understanding of my need to get the phone working as quickly as possible. Customer service and quality of workmanship are definitely outstanding. My phone, a two year old Samsung Galaxy S4, is now performing as well as the day I purchased it. I would recommend them to anyone now who needs repair on their devices, with no hesitation that I were misleading. Icare is the worst place to go to. I brought my phone in to have the screen replaced. I had an extra Galaxy S3, so I was going to have them take the good screen off and put it on my phone. I was told that there was going to be no problems and they were charging me like $50 bucks. I thought that was a bit pricey but I needed a new screen on my phone. When I returned to get my phone I was told that they had broke the good screen while taking it off the phone! I thought they were going to say they would replace the broken screen, they did not. I asked about them replacing the screen, they said no. The guy was extremely unapologetic and even continued to charge me for the service. I would stay far away from this place. read more

Quite unhappy with the entire experience. A quick summary: A week late in getting my computer to me. Tried charging me for repairs I specifically asked them not to do. The "repairs" did not in any way fix the problem. They tried charging my a second time after explaining that the repairs had not fixed te problem. The Whole Story: My computer had lost connectivity (presumably from my dropping it on the ground). To find out whether my insurance would cover the damage, I brought it to them to get a quote. Dropped off friday. They told me it could be done by saturday. Possibly monday if they needed to wait for a computer tech that wasnt in until that day. $25 for a quote. perfect. A Week later I receive an email saying my computer had been fixed and could be picked up. Fixed you say? Um, maybe they worded the email wrong.? Nope. They told me it had been a virus and that it would be $85. I decided to see if my insurance would cover the new charge. After getting them my insurance contact info a Second time (the first time they had failed to fax the quote) my insurance told me they would not cover virus damage. Claim closed. After explaining that i specifically explained when dropping it off that i Had Not wanted them to "fix" anything, they agreed to charge me for the quote only and not the virus removal. Fair enough. I pay and go on my way. Days later, I turn on my computer and find that my wireless is losing connectivity exactly the same as before. I call iCare Repair to report the problem and I explain to the gentleman the situation. After explaining that he thinks I should have paid the $85 in the first place and that if it isnt working, its because they didnt go through a "final check" after hearing that i didnt think it was fair that they charge me for a service i explicitly did not want. (which is also untrue, because when i went to pick it up, i was given a cheery "Here it is! All ready to go. ..That will be $85) He says it will be another $25 to do another quote to tell my insurance what was wrong in the first place. I expressed that I didnt think it was fair to be charged twice for the same thing, when the first time it was done incorrectly. He expressed that he did not care what i thought was fair and that it would be another $25. I am sadly surprised when businesses are willing to treat customers so poorly. read more

I had iCare replace my sons' iPhone batteries. They provide excellent service and quick turnaround time. They also offer a 90-day warranty on all repairs. It sure beats replacing the phones. read more

The phone had a broken screen. I came in and they told me it'd be ready in an hour. Two hrs later, they called. After coming in, I noticed that the screen visually worked, but did not function. So, another hour 1/2 later, I come in and its fine, or it seemed fine. A few weeks later, I notice that the screen was peeling a bit in the corner. After a full month, the screen will almost fully come off. The task bar at the bottom of the phone does not function Anymore. I went into two repair stores back home in Louisiana, and they told me it was shoddy workmanship, and iCare had broken it further. Now, after calling, they tell me that I will have to ship my phone to them from New Orleans, wait for them to fix it and send it back. This shoddy repair was $200. They refuse to reimburse me so I can have it fixed here at home, so I guess I will be going however long without a phone or being contactable, since its convenient for the store. Definitely not convenient or acceptable transaction for this customer. Don't bother using them. read more
