Macy's used this service to deliver our furniture outside the metro area. It took 9 weeks for delivery because of their scheduling process. If you don't answer when they call, they don't leave a message and you can't call them back. I had to call Macy's customer service several times. Took 2 months to get my replacement tv, although they were in stock at the Walmart a mile away. Not necessarily the delivery fault but just a stupid system to get a TV replaced. RXO link to see tracking didn't work after calling to inform them. I was supposed to receive a call 30 minutes before they arrived and got a phone call when they were in the driveway and had to rush home. Very nice young man delivered and set up a sectional. The delivery itself was fine - the scheduling was complicated and difficult. They couldn't find the sales check and apparently got it confused with a service plan on the furniture and they were trying to tell me it was delivered when it was not. read more

I made repeated calls to XPO problems I was promised 7 or eight times that somebody would call me back the very next day. I never heard back from anybody. They never did called me back. I've had to contact the manufacturer to get any action out of them. My initial delivery was in March it never arrived and after several calls to XPO the delivery was marked complete. I had to call manufacturer and have them send me a new product. XPO never returned any of my calls. The second product was partially delivered: two out of three boxes. the third box never arrived. This center was assigned as the servicer for the delivery of the most expensive piece of furniture that I've ever purchased. This piece was special ordered and made for our dream home. Communication from this facility to the shipper was non existent and absolutely terrible. The facility lost the entire table for over a week, and notified me several times that my delivery was scheduled, but never arrived. This process went on for over a month. I purchased assembly with delivery, which was clearly displayed on the tracking and delivery slip. The delivery team had some kind of chip on their shoulders, and were incredibly rude. The primary package had pretty significant damage to the container- ironically a massive gash near the fragile label on the box... I saw it and was very concerned, but figured when they assembled it, we could check for damage- unfortunately when they got it to the room, they asked me where I wanted the box- I said, well since you're assembling it, it doesn't really matter. The guy looked at me, pissed off for some reason and told me they don't assemble ever. I mentioned it was on the slip, and even showed him, and clearly has never dealt with a customer- because he acted like an absolute fool, and kept ignoring the slip. I said that with the box damaged, and not being assembled, I'd have to refuse it... without discussing any options or skipping a beat, he marked it as refused, got upset because they had to move the package out, and stopped speaking with me. The shipper worked to try to check damage, and after a week was able to confirm the damage was only to the exterior box. I then received another notification for delivery- on a day I already had plans, so I canceled my plans to ensure I was there for delivery... they never showed up! I tried so hard to communicate with this company and get the custom furniture we really really wanted- yet this company payed no mind to delivery expectations. I ended up having to cancel the delivery all together, and shipping the piece back due to needing a dining table - one that I was able to get delivered and assembled in a matter of a week and a half. Horrible, horrible business. Ordered my Peloton in early Aug 2021. Six reschedules later, every time they no-called, no-showed, despite reassurance of the delivery window. I lose leave, pay, and time to this nonsense for an overpriced "ghost" bike I completely paid for, that according to Peloton is sitting in your warehouse. There are no numbers to call and speak with someone, I mean for the love of God, I will just drive to you and pick it up myself. Rescheduled to Dec. 21...still never actually speaking to anyone from XPO. Is this a robot overlord dystopia? XPO has to be a part of Peloton's stocks crashing... Awful delivery service. I placed an order with a big box store on Dec 7 to be delivered by XPO. They have not shown up now for FOUR scheduled delivery dates and times with no call or text stating they won't be coming. We have rearranged our schedules and waited with no communication on their part. I've called said store several times, and each time, they are not able to get through to XPO to confirm a delivery date. According to tracking, our order has been in town since Dec. 10. By using the email and reference number provided, I was able to get additional support from customer service yesterday. While I still did not receive a delivery window, a delivery truck showed up at my house today! I was so happy to see that truck!!! The delivery team was quick and friendly. I have been trying to get some communication regarding a delivery for over a week. All I am being told is I should receive a call in 24-48 business hours. Nothing. I've made calls to the shipper and the 800 number, escalated the situation several times and still nothing. I have a paid receipt for my delivery and an email saying that this location has my property. I'm thinking that my only recourse is going to report my property as being stolen. This has been awful. I don't know why Amazon would ever use your company. I have bee lied to by pretty much everyone there. I was lied to by a supervisor regarding the delivery status and was told that it was at a 3rs party cross doc. Called the 3rd party company with the pro # and was told it was already delivered. Then I call back and had the matter escalated and nothing. I then call Amazon who had tried multiple times to reach out to your company for their to be no response. Shows out for delivery today but haven't heard from anyone. Brian, the "owner" reached out to help but didn't do a thing. This package has been in their possession since 12-2. No reason it shouldn't have been delivered. Horrible company, horrible customer service and horrible online support. This company has had my refrigerator somewhere in their warehouse for over 4 months and now cannot find it! They canceled delivery 3 times and did not show up twice. After waiting over 8 hours on the last scheduled delivery appointment, I received a text stating the refrigerator was delivered! Communication has been terrible, only to be told I will be contacted within 48 hours...over and over again. I cannot believe so many people are having the same problem with this delivery company. I have been waiting for delivery of my mattress since March 7-9 that was sent in the email stating that was the expected delivery dates. I have called the 800 number 4 times now and get told that I would have to wait 24-48 business hours to hear back from them which at no point have I heard back. I am at the point where I am going to pick it up 400 miles from where I live. The customer service I have received is absolutely terrible. I ordered a very expensive piece of equipment in Sept 2021. XPO gave a delivery date of End of Oct. The day of delivery, they called and cancelled saying they had not received the merchandise for delivery. I have been aware of shipping delays and am trying to be patient. I agree to the next date of January 25, 2022. I even contacted XPO warehouse every week, for 3 weeks leading up to January 25, confirming the delivery. Then the day of delivery... you guessed it, Canceled again. The next date I have received is in MAY! What! I have to wait 10 months for a treadmill?? Seems excessive. I have attempted several times to contact XPO, and have also had Peloton contacting XPO daily, to no resolve. Either we get disconnected due to above average call volume, or they have assured me they will return my call and never follow through. We ordered an appliance from Costco 6 weeks ago and they sent it through XPO. XPO has been unreachable accept to say they can't find it, maybe they will look for it, and then nothing. XPO Fargo lost part of my cabinet order on 10/29/21. The driver admitted it. After numerous phone calls to what sounds like a foreign based call center and promises of sending urgent emails to the Fargo location to do a dock search, I still don't even have a return phone call over two weeks later. We have been trying to find out why our delivery has not been completed for almost a week. We are getting the run around from the XPO call center stating that they can not reach the local hub to find out why they have not checked in our order. It shows that it was received the morning of our delivery, but then it says "Delay in delivery due to mechanical issues with aircraft or truck movement". That should not take more than 2 days to rectify that, but there was no communication with us as to why we have not received our delivery. This is a very expensive item, so I'm wondering why it is taking so long to reschedule a delivery time? read more

I am so extremely disappointed in XPOs service. Several thousand dollars worth of flooring was promised to be here 6 weeks ago. The first week it was on the truck for delivery. Never showed up. I called to reschedule and was promised a delivery the following Thursday. Apparently a truck only comes our way on Thursdays. Fine. Go figure I was rescheduled the following Thursday, and the following and the following after that. Last Thursday it was again on the truck for delivery and supposed to be here between 6 am and 8 pm. We specifically stayed at the location ALL day waiting for it because the whole process has been a disaster. No show! The website updates with customer not home. Unable to deliver!! It was a porch delivery service which clearly states no one needs to be there and we were there waiting for it. There was no sign of a truck and the driver is lying. Several calls to support, many lies, told I would get emails or callbacks at least 15 times and no resolution. The delivery now shows appointment 2 of 2 and that items are yet to be received. WHAT?! So support tells me that just means it is waiting to be scanned back in after the failed delivery, but that it isn't normal for it to be 8 days later and still not rescanned. The supervisors have no authority and have been very little help other than promising a callback that never happens. You're wasting my time and I just want my flooring!! Entire home renovation on hold for 6 weeks because XPO cannot do their job. Beware and don't shop where you know XPO will be used to ship. Get my product here NOW!!!! read more

This company has held our refrigerator since 3/25. They set up a delivery date of 4/4 then canceled same day. Then rescheduled it for 4/18 with a 8am- 8pm window. We again took off work to accept the fridge. No call no show! I called 4/19 was told the warehouse didn't put the fridge on the truck and someone would call me to reschedule. 4/20 called again to get get it scheduled, was told it needed to be returned to the warehouse and scanned in. ?? What, the day previously it never left the warehouse.?? I have escalated this claim and Someone will call you within 24 hrs. Called 4/22 the automated service says it's been delivered but the staff says it was delivered back to the warehouse. Refused to allow me to speak to a manager. If I could give XPO Logistics in Fargo, ND a "negative star" review I would. They are beyond horrible. We placed an order with Costco for two Samsung appliances and were told that one had arrived at the XPO warehouse in Fargo on April 23. It is now 4 weeks later and still no dishwasher. When I try to call XPO Customer Service, they tell me that the dishwasher is still in transit, or that they have no record of the dishwasher. The 2nd appliance we ordered is lost, and no seems to know that it even exists. The last place the microwave was heard from was in Romeoville, Illinois, back on May 3.  I've called Costco's Customer Service, and they are not able to get through to the local Fargo office of XPO to confirm a delivery date, even though according to tracking, our order has been in town since April 23.  This is beyond frustrating. I suggest that anyone who is considering XPO Logistics in Fargo, ND, for their delivery or supply chain solutions stay FAR AWAY from XPO FARGO, and look to do business with their competitors. read more

I have been waiting on delivery of appliances by XPO. Originally the delivery was scheduled for 7/5/22 and has been cancelled day of 3 times now without explanation. We have been in contact with their customer support team several times and each time receive the same scripted response. The 4th attempt to have our appliances delivered (we are currently living without a refrigerator and washer) has been scheduled for 7/13. I have no faith that this will actually occur. I wanted to pick up the appliances myself today after the third cancelled delivery, but am told I cannot. I am extremely frustrated and disappointed. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Update: our appliances were delivered today (7/13). The delivery driver attempted to leave them in the garage despite our having paid for install of the new appliances. After firmly requesting they be brought inside the house, the driver obliged. They were not installed with packaging material hauled away as per our purchase agreement. read more

I was supposed to receive my refrigerator tomorrow. This afternoon, I received a text saying my delivery is confirmed for next week. No call to inform me why, just a text to tell me it's going to be a week later without my approval. I called the general number for home deliveries and they told me the workers FORGOT to load my delivery onto the truck. No apology. Just a "The earliest delivery availability is next week, we can't do anything sooner". Not to mention, I was originally supposed to get it last Friday, then Saturday. This delivery company is awful.
