The people here are cheerful and helpful. I have had several big projects and events over the last few years and I can always count on them to get all my printing and copying done in a timely manner. I liive out of town, so I send them my printing request by email and pick it up when I get to Fargo. Dozens of printing projects, all of them done without any mistakes. The prices are SO very reasonable: 11" X 17" full color posters for just $2. Large blueprint B&W printing for just $4. They cut my fliers in 1/2 or 1/3's saving me tons of time. I really can't say enough good about this store. One of my favorite places to do business. read more

Stopped by and the front door was swinging open erratically for a good 10 minutes in a congested area. The place is in need of a good maintenance man. Called many times throughout the day and no one ever answered. Also the feminist pandering on their website is a turnoff and completely unnecessary for any business that would call themselves one. Very convenient location for me. With amazon returns, ebay sales, and other needs i end up here frequently. The staff are always pleasant and helpful. Unusually so these days. Don't know what management is doing to foster this but other retailers should take note. read more

I use this UPS store all the time. The staff especially, Rachel, Jay are exceptional. They are always very kind, professional, very helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile for you. I so appreciate all of this service. Also a big shout out for Cassie. I have worked with her many times for different printing requests that I have asked her to do. I had to do a ridiculous thing this week....ship my tortoise from Fargo to California! I consulted tortoise experts and turtle forums, and the consensus was that UPS was the way to go. I called the 800 number for UPS and got all the details on how to do it, and then I stopped by the UPS store on 13th street to ask for their advice. Erica and Debby were very helpful and helped ease my nerves as I prepared to ship our pet. I arrived later that day with my tortoise, and found out that that they did additional research on the best practices to help ensure he got to California safely. Kyle did the actual packing...and off he went. The entire store went above and beyond in customer service, and I got a picture of him the next day from family that he arrived safely. I went in to this UPS store to ship a package and was surprised to see an employee that was NOT wearing a mask and was assisting customers (not me) in close proximity. After talking to my wife about it, she had a similar situation on a different day the week before. Whether this employee has a medical reason to be unmasked I don't know, but that is not what this review is about. This review is just alerting customers who would feel uncomfortable in that situation to avoid this store. read more
