I felt I had to write and let someone know about the excellent customer service I received yesterday. I filled out a form regarding a lost return around 4 pm yesterday. At 8:12 last night I get a call and I apologize I don't remember her name but she was awesome. In a world that has forgotten about going the extra mile to help someone, not so with her.
