I brought them a $400 North Face jacket to get patched they had it for over a week so I called and asked about it said they needed more time this being my only winter jacket said i needed sooner than later they called me back an hour later said it was done, they did a HORRIBLE JOB it was RUSHED and I will NEVER USE THEM AGAIN! Ah hour after i initially posted this review I received a call asking for me to bring my jacket back saying the day would make me happy and to take down the review. I brought in on my friend who used to be a seamstress, she was rude to me saying it was my fault for not telling her ?! I told her I wanted a small very discreet patch, and she was telling my friend to 'make her listen' I told her 'I have ears'.
