And their useless website, that they push you to use, says my package is available for redelivery, but that that the site can't do that right now. "Right now" has now gone on for over 24 hours. The service is rude, the staff is obnoxious and lazy, so going into that crap office is whole nother nightmare. We're paying for this shitty service. Why? I recorded everything and sent in a formal complaint with everything in it to the USPS federal headquarters.
