Company dispatched a driver to my location without informing the driver that the car was inoperable…read moreand he came unprepared without the proper dollies or equipment. Once we managed to get the vehicle on the truck, the driver unloaded the inoperable car in a one-lane driveway that prevented the collision company from operating as usual. Collision company called Porta to have them move the car to continue operating their business as normal and Porta refused and spat expletives over the phone. Have heard that the collision and insurance companies terminated their partnership with this company. FIND ANOTHER TOW SERVICE.
