Terrible customer service. Their prices are outrageous anyways(over $800 for a set of bifocals with chromatic tinting with insurance) and wait times are terrible. OK cool. I was then told my prescriptions should be in any time. Then I got a text saying my prescription was delayed. So after so many days past, I decided to call and ask about my glasses. The lady whoever she was on the phone was nothing but rude. She say: Did you get a text? Well your glasses aren't in if you didn't get texted (had a nasty I hate life tone to her voice). It is now been 20 business days no text and I didn't want to call because I didn't want the horrible horrible employee that they have to be nasty once again because she had to answer the phone and tell me where my glasses were at! But, I did call on Saturday and left a voice message telling them I was still waiting for my glasses and I would appreciate a phone call but yet I've heard nothing whatsoever so I guess tomorrow I can go visit them. I would love to talk to a general manager, because this is definitely not the best! Customer service training would be great for some of their employees. But, I commend the ones who have done their job so thank you to them.
