I drove 4 hours to buy my toyhauler from RVs 4 Less. I noticed that the dining table was missing. They promised that they would ship one to my door and I completed the purchase and drove it home. About a month later I called about the table and they promised to ship it to my door. Now I call every couple of weeks and get the same bullshit. Rented a very nice 25 foot trailer from them. They dropped it off on time at Shaver Lake and saved us the big haste of getting the trailer up the mountain! Nice clean comfortable trailer. We shopped around the Bay Area for a camper to pop in the back of our pick-up. This dealer had several options and the best prices of any dealers we visited. Service was excellent. They installed a composting toilet for us at a very reasonable price - a bit of a shoddy job installing the toilet with staples and carpeting done poorly. They allowed us to leave the camper on their lot with no extra charge for 6 weeks until we were able to drive over and pick it up for installation. read more

purchased 5th wheel last Feb, 12, picked unit up 3 weeks later, they said they did a pre delivery inspection, Ya Right. Went camping imediatelly, AC did not work, Power converter over charge battery, Phoned and complained about ac, when I finally got ahold of them they said it was working when they had it. Found tons of dry rot, Rear kitchen, rear wall is completelly shot, Front bedroom, right side noticed ripples in wall when laying in bed, Front wall shot, and roof rot above bathroom sink. We wanted our money back and they thought we were crasy. Then we said we will trade for another unit that they had valued the same as ours prior to the sale, they laughed and then they offered us $5000 on trade in we payed $8500. We went to the BBB in Fresno and made a complaint. After 8 months of emails back and forth we gave up. BEWARE of this seller They are very happy to take your thousands of dollars, but if you have a problem, they will not return ph calls or answer emails or offer anything to MAKE IT RIGHT!! Also there so called PDI for $400 is a waste of money, make sure you make them go over every detail on the PDI check sheet, DO NOT take there word that they have completed PDI. Also if you are buying a trailer or 5th wheel, make sure the wheel bearings are new and installed correctly. There so called Technician does not Know how to set wheel bearings correctly. Great experience here. I'm 2 hours away and got better communication and customer service here during the sales process than I did at my local RV place. And better price too. Everything was just easier. Had some terrible experiences other places but this place made it easy to do business. Put a deposit down over the phone and picked it up 5 days later. This place is one of the worst customer service businesses I have had the unforunate occasion with whom to deal. They do not seem to care if they help the customer or not. AND they misrepresent those RV's they have at their place of business on Highway 41 just outside of Fresno. Here is why I am taking the time and trouble to post this review. We found, without salesperson assistance, an RV, in which we were interested. We went to the office, no one there. We finally found Danielle, who opened the unit for us. We noticed the stove looked brand new, upholstry was in excellent condition, but noted there were some indications that it had been "lived in". We were assured, "NO, never lived in, just used very little." Guess what, we found paperwork in the drawer, and later called the owner. Yes, they had been living in it and not only that, said it was "never right" going down the road and that is why they wanted to "get rid of it". If Danielle did not know all of this, fine. But, we think she was well aware of the problems, and elected to not disclose. The owner indicated they had disclosed problem when they consigned. We knew since the unit was on their lot, the owner would need to pay them their commission. We just wanted to know more about the history. So, in my opinion, it would be better to stay away, than be led astray by either an uninformed salesperson, or one who would lie. Ed Anderson read more

I can't believe we found a new unit for less then the price of the used units we were looking at.

I set up after emailing and phone conversations a 4 hour drive (one way) to come view a camper that this dealership had. How bad was the experience? An Example: After discussing the on board generator, which they had pictures of the hour meter and switches for the generator (with time on meter)...When I arrived there was NO GENERATOR. There were leaks in the roof, there were other significant issues in the camper, all of which I had discussed again in phone and email conversations to insure I wasn't wasting my time. Another example of scummy sales people; I was called on a Friday night saying that there were other's interested in the camper, and I should provide a credit card for a deposit to secure said camper, SIGHT UN-SEEN. I wasn't born yesterday, and I am not a dope. Well these people wasted my time fuel and patience... Once it became apparent the RV I came for with cash in hand, was NOT as advertised, they tried selling me other RVs to fill my needs. These people are the worst 'Used Car Salesmen' I WILL NEVER GO BACK HERE. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND, HORRIBLE experience simply HORRIBLE. RVs for Less is solid. Their people want their customers happy. That was obvious. They delivered a camper for me late on a Saturday and high in the mountains when I bought. Took my travel trailer into this dealer in early-July 2017 for warranty. They had me pick up my trailer mid-September, while they "ordered the parts to finish the job". As of the end-of-February, the job is unfinished. They admitted to having never ordered the parts. They didn't know what part numbers needed to be ordered, and CALLED ME TO ASK IF I KNEW!!! They don't return ANY phone calls about the situation. I went by and demanded I wanted my trailer fixed after waiting for nearly 8 months. DAN, who assumed himself to be the owner, threw me out (using choice F-words multiple times) and said they would never fix my trailer and to get the F*** off his lot. Stunned and in disbelief that ANY dealer would treat a customer this way, I left. I will obviously never give this dealer a penny of my money. I will make sure EVERYONE I know, knows about this encounter. I hope that this dealer learns how to take care of customers. Had they done their job in the first place, and fixed my trailer, they would never have had such an upset customer. I had planned on doing all future service and parts business with this dealer, as I was initially very happy with commitment to working on my trailer. Once I picked it up and waited for those parts, they did a full about face. ALSO, while waiting for my initial warranty inspection, they damaged the front cap of my trailer with the service tag number they taped on. I didn't make a fuss about it, at any point. I tried to be an easy customer...but at some point, everyone loses their patience and just wants to be treated like a human being. Thanks for nothing, RV's 4 Less! Ordered a part for my tailer....was told it would be there the next day..........hmmmm still no part 4 weeks later.....I pre paid for the part that never came.....they do not return phone calls in a timely manner either. It took 2 weeks for them to get the part....them they offered to mail it to me.....it's been 2 weeks and I still do not have the part .....they say what you want to hear.......I will never order from this parts dept again......I wouldn't recommend buying a trailer here either.....if it take 4 weeks for a simple , small part......I could only imagine how it would be dealing with them on a trailer you bought! read more

We wrote a terrible review (but true) of this place on yellow pages.com and so they were going to fix the roof, but since we gave our honest review, they told us (after two weeks of having the trailer) to come get it and they will not be doing the work after all. They read our bad review and decided since we rated them their one star that they would not do business with us. Apparently they pay a service to make sure all their reviews are good. I think they should just treat customers good and they will get good reviews. Not in this case..stay away from this RV place. Horrid customer service, horrid place to do business. The worst experience I ever had dealing with a rental. First they pulled a bait and switch. We went in to rent a four star rv 3 months before the July 4 weekend. Then they called us a few days before our planned vacation and switched us to a one star RV with torn seats and sleeping for 2 instead of 6. It was too late to find a new place. We went in to pick up the rv and found it did not look like the one on the internet at all. Seats torn etc. We took it and it broke down in northern ca. No air conditioning no power for fridge. Payed for a mechanic but still no air. Temp 100+ When we brought it back they promised 1300+ back sounded great Then it turns out they gave us 500 but we spent $330+ for mechanic. therefore they gave us a whopping $200 for our problems. Then when I tried to talk to them they accused me of threatening them Not threatening anyone just posting the truth for all to be aware of their practices read more

Made my reservation since March of this year. Called in last week to make final payment. Sit's when I find out that the trailer I reserved is no longer available. Not sure when they where planning on calling me. They did try to rent another one but with no bathroom or shower. Having children you need this. I was very disappointed because our trip is in 3 week. My children where looking forward to this vacation that we have been planning for months...now we have nothing. read more

Disappointed in our experience with RVs 4 Less. Paid $300 to have the trailer delivered and set up at our campsite. Were rushed through signing the paperwork and did not receive a proper walk through or introduction to the trailer. Turns out it was not level at all. The water would not drain in the shower. We ended up leveling it ourselves, which resulted in a small dent. We are being charged for damage and have ended up spending double what the initial rental costs were. We are repeat customers and had a similar experience last year. We have asked to be compensated somehow, not necessarily for the full cost of the damage but at least for the set up fee since it was not set up fully functional at all. So far our requests have been denied. Hoping perhaps they will reconsider but for now...poor poor poor customer service! read more

BEWARE, these people are scammers. Do not do any business with them. several employees on drugs I purchased through eBay a trailer from them. Worst experience of my life. A crack head delivered it illegally,managed to destroy several components trying to get it ready for transport because he was not familiar with operating systems. He was not qualified to work on it or transport it. Had to call a local company they agreed to pay to just get slides open an livable. No power cord with trailer. Now that company has never been paid and they put a lien on my rig They did send another unqualified repair tech out that caused more damage. Spoke with owner and Danielle. They won't do anything to make it right. These people are as bad as it gets. Took 6 months to get a title from them. I will try to warn as many people as possible so they aren't ripped off! 1.0 star rating 12/15/2013 I would NOT recommend this place to ANYONE! I purchased a small travel trailer from these people. The cash price included the installation of a new generator. When I picked up the trailer, a used generator had been installed, and I had to argue for a new one, as agreed. On my way home from the dealership, the generator, the basket which contained it, and the hitch that held the basket were GONE! And there was a big hole in the floor of the trailer where the hitched had apparently been attached (incorrectly). They did not want to take responsibility for the incorrect and unsafe way they had installed the hitch and generator. The owner, Dan, tried to blame me for losing the generator on my way home (25 miles from the dealership). After much stressful dialogue, and inappropriate, angry and loud verbal intimidation techniques from Dan, they agreed to fix the trailer, and refund me their cost for the generator. Then they told me it would be another week before the trailer would be fixed. On the evening before I was supposed to pick up the trailer, I received a call from their service dept. stating that it would not be done by the next day because they had sold 7 units in that one day, and those units had to be prepared first. At this point, they had had my money for 2 weeks, and I still didn't have the trailer. On the 19th day, I asked to be released from my contract, as I still had not received the trailer. They refused to let me out of the contract. I finally received the trailer on the 23rd day after purchase. I would NOT do business with these people. I wish Yelp had a rating of "minus" 5 stars. BEWARE! We made the mistake of telling them we were traveling thru and wanted our roof re-coated and resealed. Jeremiah and his brother accommodated us in the amount of time we had, and at the time we were pleased with the results.However, either they had no clue what they were doing, or knew we wouldn't be back in the area, and 6 months later our roof began to leak and the material they had applied was peeling off like it was made of chewing gum. It took months of emailing and calling before we got a response, but we were eventually told that they had informed us at the time that we needed a completely new roof and we had declined, so they were not liable. This was completely false! There was never any mention that our roof was in that bad of shape (which it is not). Jeremiah knew what a crap job he did and knew dishonesty would be the only way to keep from paying for his shoddy work. Now, not only do we need to have the roof completely redone AGAIN less then a year later (after we paid RVS4LESS over $700 in labor costs alone) but now the interior of our RV has multiple water stains that also have to be taken care of. Do yourself a favor and go a place where you won't be taken advantage of, and won't be wasting your money on TERRIBLE service. read more
