I'm glad that he put the welfare of his workers before the money; that's what's important to me and that is what shows a great work ethic. I'm new to Richmond, and I've found that a good work ethic seems to be uncommon here. Carlos was available by text and email as well. In this digital pandemic age, sometimes it can be hard to actually answer the phone, so that was great for me. The best part of all, out of every quote I received, his was the best price! We decided to get the dimensional tab, and another business quoted us 5 thousand dollars more than Master Pro Services (no exaggeration!). His work comes with a 5 year labor warranty, and the dimensional shingles come with a 30 year, one time transferable warranty, so it's safe to say that I feel I can rest easy now because of Master Pro!
