These guys really helped us out after some vehicles in our lot were impacted by a careless asphalt sealing crew who blew dirt and overspray everywhere. They even shifted their schedule in order to come help asap to minimize the disruption. Elliott arrived and quickly came up with a plan to address the situation. These were very expensive vehicles and he wanted to ensure no scratches or paint damage would occur. He finished the job faster than we expected and the cars looked great! Can give enough thanks & praise for the work done to help us out! If you have detailing needs, you won't be disappointed with the RVA folks. read more

They did a wonderful job. There were some tough stains on my seats but overall, my vehicle is clean! Thank you!

Elliott did a terrific job on my wifes 2008 smart car, it had never been detailed before it. It looks showroom new! My 2013 Honda Pilot will be the car detailed Highly recommend this company read more

Great service, quality product, friendly staff. Best price in town for excellent work.

Easy to schedule. Arrived on time and super nice. Elliot did a beautiful job on our two cars inside and out. The wheels never looked so shiny! Worth every penny. Will definitely come back again. read more

Price was a great deal for both exterior and interior cleaning. My wife's car was a disaster from the kids and dog hair throughout the cargo area. Looked brand new! read more

I had purchased a used vehicle for my daughter today and it needed to be cleaned out before I give it to her. I called around and everyone was booked or gave me 2 to 3 days to schedule a service, I called RVA auto detail, and they were prompt in setting up service that day and when I went back to pick up the vehicle, I was amazed at how excellent of a job they did on my car, it was immaculate and looked and smelled great, and the outside had a sparkling shine! I recommend any and everyone to get there car done with them, and the customer service was very professional. read more

Guy Hinkle and his team responded to my needs. They arrived at my client's site and performed a fantastic detail on the 12 passenger vans that my crew had been using for the past 6 months. The results were very impressive. A special shout out to Elliott and his attention to my detail. I would recommend RVA MOBILE AUTO DETAIL SERVICES to anyone or business who is looking for quality and customer service. Awesome Job Team RVA ! Thanks, Jim Garrity read more

I got a full detail and they did an absolutely amazing job in such a short amount of time, maybe 40 minutes or so. They did an interior detail/dry shampoo, pressure washed my wheels, waxed my car and cleaned the engine, I can't believe how well of a job they did, and my car has never been this clean and it smells good. The last full detail I had from Car Pool Detail took the whole day and was over $250 almost double the price of what i paid for this, and that was only for an interior detail. Thanks so much! read more

This was my first time using a mobile detailing service. I used to live in CA and just dropped it off at my guy there. I was a bit apprehensive since the communication had been efficient but certainly curt, and I was worried about what would be needed on my end. A water source? An outlet? But when Elliot arrived, he was super awesome and kind and he brought everything with him! He had his own water in the little trailer and did a fantastic job. We had just driven across the country and my car was covered in dead bugs and sand inside from the White Sands National Park. He got it back to brand new. I will definitely be using them again! read more

Really happy I went with them. Great communication - that alone is worth five stars. Will use them again. Our tech Elliot was fantastic. He was quick, thorough, and polite. read more

There is a company fraudulently using RVA business name on Groupon. The company on Groupon is awful. I have reported this to Groupon, but I don't know how fast they will respond. I contacted RVA this morning to let them know about this other company pretending to be this business. RVA is awesome, the owner is responsive, and so polite. You won't be disappointed with RVA Mobile Auto. read more

Thank you for a fabulous job with my MINI. You guys were one of the lowest price quotes and flexible with my schedule. Top quality job!

Elliott was super polite and professional and did an awesome job on detailing my husband's car, inside and out. He brought all his own power, water, and supplies and kept me updated on his ETA throughout the morning. Highly recommend! read more

My car is almost spotless in an hour so they were really good I'd say! $150 for my SUV. My only complaint is the booking procedure--advertised as through the app but was told to call and then the day I wanted was given away when I wasn't able to contact them in time despite attempting to make the arrangements concrete in the app. When I did call, I could barely hear the man--several people shouting and laughing along with music blasting in the background. And he was clearly frustrated I couldn't hear him..then I get the confirmation text right after with the wrong appointment time. It's a quick fix with a "sorry" attached. So it just felt really casual and not super professional and for that kind of money I'd expect a little more. I had to cancel last minute once too and was able to reschedule no problem, he was very understanding, which was appreciated! The guys who came to do the car were nice if also pretty casual and did a good job. read more

Elliott and Aaron did a great job my car looked better than the day I picked it up from the dealership they are prompt and professional I will be a returning customer read more

Like anyone else here, I look at Yelp reviews before I try a vendor to see if they're likely going to provide excellent/poor service. I've given poor reviews to warn others and 5 stars for services like this. I've paid $300 at other detail places and been very disappointed - this place 1) comes to you as scheduled (so you're home - not sitting in a store front for 3 hours) 2) bring their own water tank for fresh water, generator for power, etc 3) cost $175 spray wax or $225 two coats hard wax by hand which is way less than the last detail I got. 4) texted before our appointment when he was going to be a little late. My tech was ELLIOTT who is the nicest man, very conscientious, super detail oriented and thorough. Seriously did THE BEST DETAIL I've ever gotten (and you know I'll say it if it's bad...) - inside, out and under the hood - finally found the detailer I'll stay with! I can see why they have over 30 five star reviews here! read more

I truly appreciated them coming out as I was being very difficult that day I had other plans but they decided to come out anyway and wait for me as I told him that this was really an emergency my car was disgusting. the one thing that I really loved about the service was that they were able to come out to me and I didn't have to worry about driving out to them as during this time due to Covid and since we are quarantine I didn't have the time nor the effort to really decide on a schedule that will work best for all of us if I didn't need to drive out to them. They came out with their own equipment and my car does look like you I wanted to make sure that I got all of the trash out that they were able to get really well underneath my seat to vacuum my carpet as well as shampoo it and just have it ultimately look like new. I can't say for certain if they actually shampoo the seats but what I will say is is that whatever things I did have on there they were removed and the smoke smell is definitely removed out of the car as well. Thanks again guys for coming out it's such last minute notice any constantly changing my mind I'll give it four stars any day. read more

They were amazing with setting up an appointment. Amazing customer service, they answer questions quickly, they were patient with me when I messed up and didn't put the gate key with the car keys, and overall accommodating. I spilled a milkshake in my car and it had Carmel and melted Chocolate in the suede seats and the whole car looks brand new now. read more

I asked my boss if he knew a reasonable detailing company and he told me that a neighboring business used one monthly for all their employees and he thought the name was Richmond VA Detailing. I found RVA and took a chance. I noticed they were Veteran owned. Being a veteran, I took a chance and gave them a call yesterday to let them know today was my wife's birthday and that's the main thing she asked for was a detailing of her car. The price was very reasonable compared to other companies I called 6 months ago. My wife had no idea they were coming, only the fact that someone would be showing up and needed the keys to her vehicle for maintenance. They played alone with my little scheme and kicked ass I'm cleaning my wife's car. Sorry for the language, the you made my wife's day. I can't tell you how thankful I am that you were quick to respond, appointment was fast, price was reasonable, and your work showed quality customer service. You forever have my business! Keep doing what you doing guy and gal! WillyB read more
