Getting in and out was a breeze. Didn't have to wait. I got my allergy test, results and was gone within 45 minutes. The staff was friendly, likable, and competent. I really don't have anything bad to say, but I take off 1 star, because the protocol was, "You have mild allergies to these few things. I can call you in prescriptions, or you can come in for shots." Like... forever?! I guess that's the standard operating procedure, but my discernment leads me to Option 3: do nothing. Or maybe take the RX temporarily as needed for my situation. I'm not really trying to be taking meds or getting shots for "slight" allergies I didn't even know I had. While I realize some people do suffer and need them, I don't think this is me. I'm not trying to be on meds as a lifestyle. Overall a good experience. It's nice to know what I'm slightly allergic to. I'm glad I'm an established patient now and can seek an RX for when I feel like I need it.

Going into this appointment I was super anxious which must have been pretty evident because the first thing Doctor Powers did was to engage in conversation with me. After being in quarintine for so long I really appreciated that plus it put me at ease. Doctor Powers was kind, knowledgable and passionate about allergies. He took time to explain my issues and outlined a thorough treatment plan making sure to guide me and answer any questions I had along the way. I usually like to visit a doctor multiple times before leaving a review but this visit blew me away!! Long story short if you have allergies and are need of a great team Doctor Powers is your guy.

The nurses here are easily the sweetest on Earth. They must love their cushy job and it shows. The vibe in this place is super chill. I've been going for a little over a month now and would highly recommend this place to anyone who is interested in getting allergy shots. Make sure you have insurance of course and lots of it. This is rich folk territory. I see Dr. Patel and he's awesome.

The staff was not particularly pleasant, and the doctor was less than concerned with finding the cause. Going to an allergist was intimidating at first. I didn't know what to expect. All I knew was that I was fed up and it was time to get rid of the eye puffiness, constant fatigue, and bags under my eyes due to congestion. This place was right around the corner from my house so I decided to check it out. The doctor was very friendly! More than anything, I was just excited to find out what my allergy was. The whole time I was hoping and praying that it wasn't cats, as I love my kitty so much and I couldn't ever imagine giving him away. Dr. Feinstein made me feel very comfortable and explained how everything was going to go. They would prick me with all different types of allergens and then observe which area produced a reaction. I got injected with everything from all types of pollens, to pet dander, to grass. Don't be turned off by that "injection" word either. It's really just a prick. Anyway, some time passed and lo and behold one of the spots produced a pretty sizable reaction. The culprit? Dust mites. Great. I'm allergic to something that you can't get rid of and is everywhere. I'm telling you it ain't easy being me! After the diagnosis, Dr. Feinstein fave me some great information about how to keep my allergy at bay. A nasal spray prescription and some Zyrtec seem to be doing a good job at reducing my reactions. I have also made other adjustments like covering my mattress, pillows, and getting a dust mite resistant comforter. So far, so good! Thank you Dr. Feinstein for solving a 20 something year old mystery!

Dr. Margaret Sigman is thorough, asks loads of questions, and is patient in her listening. She made sure every question that I had was answered. Calls to reception and in-person interactions at the front desk were pleasant. Everyone is helpful and prompt. I was able to get in for my first appointment very quickly. I had a billing issue and for two months I left messages for the billing department asking for a return call so the issue could be resolved. I eventually called the office and reached a new employee who didn't know enough to help. She offered to leave a message to have the billing department call me the next business day. They didn't. I eventually called for the office manager. She blamed me for the issue, told me she would tell the billing company to call, but I needed to call more. When I explained that was not a sufficient resolution and that someone had to be able to offer me more than "I will call them but you should keep calling." She told me they are not the billing department as if that meant they are not responsible for their own billing department. When i got upset by her lack of wanting to help, she told me to calm down. I got more of a reaction out of her for being upset than she showed for their billing company's incompetence.

When it comes to getting a second opinion as a new patient you don't feel as important to the specialist they just go off of prior notes. Finding a new doctor as a new patient isn't easy. I will continue to go to their Woodbridge location because service is consistent from the service team to the specialists. They make it seem like they will do anything to help you get solutions where Richmond location doesn't seem as personable and understanding. They treat you like any other patient . I'll take the 90 minute drive to get that personal touch. The manager Sean was amazing with resolution though, thank you!

I wish I went there before believing a word these people said it's just marketing tactic like people who talk you into buying a car or something you don't need. Or like a dentist office that offers Invisalign even though your teeth are perfectly straight. Not sure if it's like T Mobile where they get a pay cut every time they talk some desperate patient into getting this surgery but....This place definitely needs an investigation. And it's truly a shame you can't trust anyone. So do your research, people are too quick to offer surgeries and medications without properly treating the symptoms first, won't be coming back I feel violated.
