I always felt like the support staff would rather be playing on their phone than assisting me, and I would have a very long wait while I was in the office to see him. It would also take a significantly amount of work to get refills called it. I felt like I was bothering the staff to do their jobs. Then, two years ago I had an injury and made a 'first available' appointment, and was seen by Dr. Miller. Well, she was FANTASTIC! She took the time to listen to me and really was far superior to Dr. Veech, so I called to have my annual switched over to Dr. Miller. I had to wait 6 months to get an appointment, but it was worth it. I have been going to her for the last year and a half, and then I get a letter in the mail that she is leaving the practice. So now I'm leaving the practice too.

They were both extremely rude and showed no compassion. I have also had issues in the past with them twice failing to return urgent phone calls for 3-5 days and forgetting to order blood tests prior to when I showed up for an appointment. I have had friends express similar horror stories going to this practice.... They are extremely disorganized. I am looking for a new primary care doctor. The experience with the staff was unacceptable.

I was never so grateful to walk out the door as I was to leave this hospital. Billing me rather than my insurance. I was told by their records company that they have no medical records for my treatment and I was inpatient for 5 days after surgery! I tried calling administrators and couldn't get through to anyone. Apparently they just don't care what patients think and definitely not about how they feel.

The doctors and other health professionals are compassionate and top notch! They offer screenings, tests, physicals and more. The place is clean and organized. They first claimed that they could find me in their system- they then ignored my calls and voicemails for another week. I have now been sick for around three weeks. They then claimed they would send me a prescription to CVS after I called about 6 times in one day. I finally spoke to a doctor and she said she would send me a prescription to the CVS on W Broad. I go to CVS- there isn't even a prescription waiting for me, or at any other pharmacy. I have been calling the doctor that was suppose to send in my prescription, and she is ignoring me. Thinking of getting legal involved.
