Brian is the BEST! I…read morehad a Brian's Truck Shop 4R100 transmission installed in my '99 F250 Super Duty Powerstroke a couple of years ago. I had some problems with it heating up more than I liked. I called Brian and he said no problem, he would honor the warranty and fix it at no cost. Welllll, just one small problem, I live in Northern California so that would have meant pull it, ship it, ship it back, reinstall. It only heated up when the torque converter was busy, not when it was locked-up. We decided to make a vacation out of it and drive to beautiful (really, the Ozarks are great) downtown Lead Hill, Aransas. I took the southern route under the Sierras and under the Rockies. Our route avoided mountains and we made it just fine. We actually stayed near Red-Neck Vegas, Branson, MO just across the border from Lead Hill. The RV Park was great by the way: http://www.bransonstagecoachrv.com Brian was there waiting for us Monday morning. I was not expecting much of a shop out in the boonies like it is but I was pleasantly surprised. Brian's shop is great all by itself. His shop is very clean and organized. It is also much bigger than I expected. There were a dozen or more Fords on the lot waiting their turn. Brian said, "Don't worry; we will take care of this". That is just what he did. He tweaked a few things, replaced the torque coinverter and took care of my trany cooler and did it all in 1 day. I have had ZERO problems with it ever sense. You don't find people that keep their word anymore. Brian is one of those rare guys that still honors a handshake and warranty. He and his crew are great. I was pulling a 36 foot monster 5th wheel so a good trany is a must. I only wish the RV held up as well as my transmission. Montana by Keystone = nothing but trouble. FYI, we dumped the pile of c#!p Montana and bought an Arctic Fox by Northwood. What a difference in quality, but that's another story... I highly recommend Brian's Truck Shop in Lead Hill, AR. If you are looking for a transmission for your Ford that is as tough as your Powerstroke and still smooth shifting, look no more. Just call Brian! http://www.brianstruckshop.com

Very POOR customer service. We purchased a trailer from Silverline Trailers in Harrison, AR on…read moreOctober 11, 2025, and as of today (April 2026), we still do NOT have a title. According to the company, they claim the title was mailed via FedEx to an Arkansas address on October 17 and delivered on October 20 . However, we had already sold that home prior to the purchase and did not receive the title. Despite multiple calls over several months, we were never provided with clear mailing details or assistance in resolving the issue. When we filed a complaint with the Arkansas Attorney General's office, the company's response shifted responsibility. They also implied we were attempting to avoid sales tax, which is completely false and unprofessional not to mention Defamation. We have made repeated attempts to resolve this but communication has been inconsistent and unhelpful. At this point: We paid for a trailer in full We cannot legally register it We have spent months trying to fix an issue This has been an extremely frustrating experience, and I would not recommend doing business here based on how this situation has been handled.

Recently I needed new spark plugs, spark plug wires, a/c service, windshield washer repair and a valve cover gasket for my beloved old Ford Ranger. Ryan shot me an estimate that I thought was very reasonable. I gave the go ahead and he ordered the parts. One of the parts was slightly delayed in arriving, but Ryan kept me fully informed along the way. When all of the parts arrived, he and the crew got my truck finished and out in quick fashion. The old truck runs like new again. I am a retired business owner from the area, and as such I greatly appreciate experiencing way that Ryan runs his business. This area is indeed fortunate to have Ryan and Lakeview Auto Repair. I do not hesitate recommending him to anyone!

They unhooked stuff and they can't fix it. So now we owe them 400 after all these months. We have had to literally chase them down to get any information. I stated once the girl in the front office was very sweet. That must be a 1 time only thing because after that it's very rude. The owner said him and his wife looked at this vehicle. I managed an auto shop for many years and this is very unprofessional to say the least. They are probably wonderful if you have the right name!
