Called Jordans's RV 4 times over a week and half to try to get an estimate on repairs to a damaged 5th wheel camper in an RV park in Harrison. The park in questions very close to this location, like run by on the way home close. Each call with the same guy was like a brand new conversation. Pushed off several times, was finally told it would happen today and called to check and says he "Might" get to it but no promises. Then told me to call someone one else if wanted, like i was unable to come to that conclusion on my own. Camper Repair must be a money printing business to be this rude and unconcerned. read more

When we purchased our RV the dealer brought it to Jordan's for some 'minor' repairs. We were newbies to RVing but it didn't take us long to realize that every minor thing they 'repaired' they actually made worse. Using incorrect replacement parts in the shower caused a flood, an incorrect awning and caused the awning to flap in the breeze and the awning fell off the camper. I could go on... We never went to them and complained, honestly we felt if their work was this shotty on the first try, what would it be on a complaint! When our AC unit went out over the summer, we were at the campground right next to their shop. After serious debate, we decided to call and ask them to look at it. Voicemail in the middle of the work day. Two weeks later, we called in someone else, having NEVER hearing back from Jordan's - 6 voicemails in total were left them, each during the work day. read more

Well those that have RV's know the kind of headache that can come with owning them. Well that headache is washed away as soon as you walk into the door at Jordan's RV Service the friendly family oriented faces that great you will make you fill right at home! Then the service crew, that seems to be ahead of the game on their knowledge of RV repair, really know their stuff and will work directly with you to get your RV back to you in better condition than you had imagined, and if your new to the RV family the service guys will gladly give you a very informative walk thru and answer any question you might have! If I could give this company a higher rating than 5 stars I absolutely would!!!! I called Mr. Jordan about repairing my leaky gray tank valve and possible problem with my air-conditioner. Mr. Jordan told me he would be at my place by 10am. He lead me to believe he would be the one doing the work. I rushed to get back leaving my job unfinished hoping I could return once the work was underway. I called at 11:30 because no one had showed up. Mr. Jordan apparently has a crew and they knew nothing of the appointment. Two young kids showed up at 4pm. They charged me $100 an hour, $85 Service call and $80 for a valve they did not fix. They replaced the valve handle but the valve is still leaking. Mr. Jordan was supposed to send his crew back on Monday to look further into my air conditioner problem but because I asked for a discount on the Service call Mr. Jordan's crew did not show up Monday. Horrible man to work with. He expects the customer to pay top dollar for shabby second class work! read more

Picked up my travel trailer today 5/16/2015 for recent storm damage repair the walls had gotten wet and came loose due to water damage the flooring was coming up from glue letting go because of water .Their solution to fixing the floor was to put a piece of trim down on the floor and tack it to the wall to hold the linoleum down that would have been ok with me but they put one piece about 4 ft long on one wall at the floor and didn't put it all the way around the room so I have one piece of trim about 4 ft long just nailed to the wall i will fix that i will go the rest of the way around the room with it no big deal .My complaint is that while the trailer was in their possession I had a microwave a tv and dvd player stolen out of it. I called Jordans rv back to tell them their response was we aren't replacing it it's not our responsibility he even went as far as to say how do I even know there was a microwave tv and dvd player in there they had it for 3 weeks how do you not notice that stuff in there . You guys reading this can draw your own conclusions to this but the microwave was set back in a hole with trim pieces around it the trim was carefully removed by taking out 4 screws also the trim was not left in the camper nor the screws also the tv was carefully taken out the coax was unscrewed from the back of the tv and dvd player was removed the same way .I know if I was a thief and wanted to steal something I sure as hell wouldn't carefully remove trim pieces by taking out the screws nor would i take the trim pieces with me and the screws . and would not unscrew the coax i would rip it out and run because you would be in a hurry of course .
