Very POOR customer service. We purchased a trailer from Silverline Trailers in Harrison, AR on October 11, 2025, and as of today (April 2026), we still do NOT have a title. According to the company, they claim the title was mailed via FedEx to an Arkansas address on October 17 and delivered on October 20 . However, we had already sold that home prior to the purchase and did not receive the title. Despite multiple calls over several months, we were never provided with clear mailing details or assistance in resolving the issue. When we filed a complaint with the Arkansas Attorney General's office, the company's response shifted responsibility. They also implied we were attempting to avoid sales tax, which is completely false and unprofessional not to mention Defamation. We have made repeated attempts to resolve this but communication has been inconsistent and unhelpful. At this point: We paid for a trailer in full We cannot legally register it We have spent months trying to fix an issue This has been an extremely frustrating experience, and I would not recommend doing business here based on how this situation has been handled. read more

This place is awesome! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. The manager is awesome and helps her employees work out the best deal for you!

If I could give negative stars I would, buyer beware, poor quality, tell anything to make a sale, extremely poor customer service, very mouthy sales and when finally got ahold of warranty chris was worthless mouth, told me about all I did wrong that caused the failure rather than attempt to get it right and help, buyer beware, this company needs to be sued out of existence for the safety of the people. Trailer quality is some of the worst I have ever seen, big mistake. And yes I have pictures, and documents and messages to back everything. read more
