All 4 of my door windows have specs of dirt that is very visible stuck in the tint and one window has bubbles in the tint. I was charged extra for how the cut had to be made for the back window of my car and the tint looked like a 5 year old cut it. I waited a couple of weeks to see if the bubbles would work their way out and when they didn't, we called to get it fixed. The guy had me bring the car up and I pointed out the issues. He said to call on Monday for an appointment. We dropped my car off again the following week to ge the issues fixed. We got there and they did fix the tint piece that was hardly visible and the jagged cut on the back window, but didn't fix any of the problems on my 4 door windows which are the most visible! 1 window now also has a scratch through the tint where the guy was trying to argue about the bubbles and scratched the tint rubbing his nail on it. For $350 I expected perfect tint on my vehicle. Inside Out does terrible window tint work and has awful customer service. Oh and when you pick your car up, you will be able to smell the cigarettes that the installers smoke and you can't even put your windows down to air it out since there's wet tint. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Unfortunately the windshield of my new Volkswagen was hit by a rock and cracked…read more I called my Dealership Kuhn Volkswagen, Tampa and spoke to Earl, the gentleman who recently serviced my car. I asked if they do replacement windshields. Earl was extremely helpful and said they use Performance Glass and Tint. He said if I give him all my information he will set it up. He told me that Performance Glass and Tint will order the new windshield and come directly to my house to install it. My husband spoke to Andrea At Performance Glass and Tint and she explained that after my insurance approved the windshield she would order it. She also explained that after the window is installed another tech would come to recalibrate the safety features into the windshield. This morning at 8:15 AM Christopher arrived with the new windshield. He was fast and efficient. He explained everything to my husband and informed him that someone else would be by to do the recalibration of the safety features. Christopher explained to my husband that we shouldn't use the car for 1 hour. My husband explained to Christopher that on a previous car we had a cracked windshield and we called a competitor windshield company. They were going to replace it with a generic brand. Christopher informed my husband that this windshield was a "Volkswagen windshield" and not something generic!! At 10:20 am the tech arrived to reinstall the safety features. I highly recommend Performance Glass and Tint. They are professional and the entire process was efficient and easy!

We had to wait a few days for VW parts to arrive. Christopher showed up early. Got right to work. Shortly after, two helpers showed up. It took 45 minutes to replace the windshield. He explained everything he did. He said another tech will be here later today to re-calibrate the safety features that run off the rear view mirror. After the windshield set I have driven the car and windshield appears solid. So far i'm very happy with their service.
