Setup an appointment two days out. A little hard to find but not crazy. Arrived at Final Touch at the prescribed time and walked into a beautiful lounge area. I was blown away. I was met by an extremely friendly young lady and service manager. I handed my key fob and they immediately got onto the hitch installation. 30 minutes later they were done. I didn't need wiring as this will only be used for a e-bike rack. The value of their service was outstanding and very cost effective. I was quoted over $300 for this installation from Campworld. This cost me $60 not $300. The job, which I was quoted book 3 hours ended up being 30 min. I did the research and found the installation only takes 30 min or less without wiring.
