I have had previous experience with Lakeland Collision. In 2019, my Toyota Highlander was…read morerear-ended while sitting at a stop light. Lakeland Collision did an excellent job repairing my car and dealing with the insurance company! I wrote them a well-deserved glowing review. Now, four years later, when a distracted driver clipped the front corner of my car, I knew who I wanted to repair the damage. I scheduled an appointment for the day after the accident and dropped my car off at their location on Mall Hill Drive. During the entire process I was kept in the loop with weekly text messages. I could text questions about the repair schedule, and they were answered quickly. The work was completed on schedule and my car looks like new. I would recommend Lakeland Collision without hesitation! I've included some before and after photos so you can see how well they repaired my car.

I spent 3 hours on the internet & on the phone searching for a mobile mechanic to fix the problem, got many quotes, but when the found out it wasn't diesel or a semi orna bus RV, they wouldn't come out. I finally found Mike & Gina's. They were already on a call, but talked to me about the problem, got the vehicle info, gave me pricing for what they thought it might be. They called when they were on the way. They diagnosed the problem, kept with their original quote (which was much lower than the other companies I spoke with), got the part, repaired the vehicle & it's been running fine. No extra charges, no scams, no crap. Honest, knowledgable mechanics. I highly recommend Mike & Gina's mobile auto repair. They know what customer service is supposed to mean!!

Also when I finally received my car it was so dirty inside and the outside. It was like they were dancing in there with boots. Also they didn't properly install door edge protection correctly, which they charge me for 300$ for that plastic....Also they didn't install all the screws in the car or remove tape on the bottom front fender. This is the craziest body shop experience I ever dealt with. They don't inspect or clean the car before it's returned to the customer. Also there price is really high. It's better to drive 10 more miles into town then to out here. I'm so happy insurance paid for this awful service.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. I came into this establishment on Saturday 7/25/26 and…read morehad an estimate completed on getting some nicks and dings fixed on my 69 firebird. The gentleman that inspected the car was professional and thorough. He took photographs and researched the existing emblems and letters to insure everything was good and available to purchase if any were damaged during the repair. He gave me the estimate and I accepted it and made an appointment to bring the car in this morning, 7/27/26. When I arrive, there is a lady standing outside who i later found out is Shannon Hall Lamb, she walks up and asked me if she could help me, I said no thank you the gentleman from Saturday was already helping me. He came out with a paint tech and started showing him what needed to be done, the young man with him said no problem it could all be done easily. This is when Shannon stepped in and said she wasnt comfortable with doing the job. I asked what she meant. She then stated that she didnt trust her employees to do the job right and not break something that she couldnt replace and started using "corporate" as an excuse. So, a couple things here. 1. Her estimator and painter already said it was not a big deal. 2. I drove 30 miles on saturday and 30 miles today only to be told she didnt trust her employees enough. So, either she is a bold faced liar in reference to her employees abilities or she is an incredibly terrible boss who would denigrate her employees to a potential customer, either way, not a good look for someone in a leadership position. looking back, I guess i should be glad I didnt have my car repaired there since this person Shannon is such a terrible boss that she cant trust her own employees to do their job correctly. Maybe it isnt the subordinates that are the problem here, maybe it is the ineffective leader.
