Had time for a quick exterior wash. As I approached, an obese kiosk attendant stood with one leg in my lane, forcing me to almost hit the other kiosk with my mirror rather than brush her leg. I explained I had time for a fast one, not interested in "the deal", please "just get me to the wash". She took her sweet time explaining everything anyway, trying to hand me a card, I repeated. She gave my card back and I started to pull forward. I heard "here's your receipt" but felt it unsafe to back up AND was in a hurry she intentionally repeatedly stalled for. Guy spritzes me with water, track pulls me in. No rollers touch the car and the track stops at half way. Guy comes up and says there was "an incident" at the kiosk and I need to go back through. I go back in line, wait for 3 cars & the witch gives me my now wadded up and wet receipt "here's your receipt". I asked what's the issue? She says "no idea" (smiling). What say you all? I feel like I was just assaulted! This lady is a liability to the company, ethically, criminally and safety-wise! Besides costing the company my future business. I'm surprised I lasted this long being held hostage for a disrespectful spiel I never intend to use, in exchange for a wash. Some of us prefer to pay premium prices rather than get stuck in a subscription we won't use. Buyer beware of the BS at this car wash. It seems they just took it up a notch. I always go to this one since it is the only car wash that has the pet hair removal brush. I have a wire double coat dog so he constantly sheds. I don't have the funds to do the promotion but they are always so pushy for it. I understand why, but I just want to get in and out. The only reason I keep going is for the pet hair removal brush. The wash it great and the prices are still reasonable. read more

I really like this car wash. It was good before but the Managment has made it even better. They added a cool little air gun to blow dirt out of the hard to reach places inside the vehicle. They also added a new car mat cleaner. I almost forgot about the new prep buckets and brush for the bugs! I'm not sure what they use in the little spray bottles for inside the car but they need to sell it! It would be great for a quick touch up. read more

Took the pups on our first carwash together and they loved it. Staff was amazing from beginning to end. Katie and Jessie were so welcoming and gentle with Duke and Change. They IMMEDIATELY picked up on Chance's anxiety, and calmed him down with some treats. Duke loved them both and showered them with kisses. Steve came over and respected Chance's space, and took advantage of Duke's loving. He also offered to clean my mats, so I wouldn't have to leave the pups alone in the car. EVERYONE on the grounds were great and very attentive to my needs. I took advantage of the awesome sale and became member. The FREE detailing area with full bottles of all the products to fully detail your vehicle is a PLUS. As you can see from the photos, the vacuum is powerful, and full bottle of detailing products was a PLUS. A young man came around repeatedly to assure all dirty towels were collected, the bottles were full, and the areas were clean for the next customer. I recommend giving them at least one try... Car wash is good and a fair price with great amenities for the vacuum and interior cleaning area. However, the sales attendants are EXTREMELY pushy and will not let you move your car forward without telling them no multiple time to their membership options. After the 10th "no" I was told that I was getting short with them for no reason. The amenities are great, but be prepared to walk into a sales pitch every time you go here. read more

I am giving a one star review because you can not reach anyone by phone to cancel a membership. Automated or email and they do not respond to emails. I sent an email two weeks ago to cancel my membership and haven't heard back and then my acc gets charge. There is no local phone number to call them. Absolutely horrible. for some reason this particular location keeps putting me on a monthly plan without my consent. Maybe they don't realize that's fraud!!!! I got notified that Water's Car Wash in Lakeland tried to take $47 out of my bank account at 1:11 am this morning and I had just corrected another monthly membership that I guess one of their employees signed up for. When you drive up to select a car wash, their employees are like vultures swooping in to "help you out". I am getting really tired of this theft. 1 time I excused it but twice isn't an accident anymor. read more

Washes start at 10 bucks and go up to 20 bucks, but the best bet is the monthly pass club that goes for roughly the price of 2 washes, depending upon whether you want the base or upgrade. This allows for unlimited monthly washes and pays for itself if you wash your car weekly. Machinery is new, of course, since the wash is new but I did appreciate that they run the old water out of the lines before allowing the first car to go through. Why does this matter? Take it from a guy who worked at a car wash part-time for 37 years. Federal and state regulations require that water be filtered and reused from wash to wash. Whether or not you want it, only about 5% of the water used in commercial car washes is fresh, the rest is water that drains from the previous washes. Don't have a fit, it's filtered, deionized and then eligible for reuse. I wouldn't recommend drinking it, but it probably passes standards in cleanliness; however, newly "recycled" water has a minor stench to it that goes away after the first couple washes. Pre-running the equipment helps to get rid of this stink that some customers often confuse for dirty water. Another process they perform that helps is that they spray for bugs on the front and hit the wheels with a pressure washer as a pre-treat. Not many do that. The wash itself is the usual side and top brushes with are adequate for the job paired with a blower/dryer that looked like it was going to take my front and rear wipers off (of course they survived). The blower/dryer did a great job of removing water and many other washes merely hope you drive fast enough afterwards to keep sitting water from spotting. Extra points for getting the wheels clean. Most of these self serve washes miss those, badly. Afterwards, you have the option of using the free vacuums. Nice tough -- they give you towels and what appears to be window cleaner so you can clean anything the brushes missed (such as the window edge directly underneath the rear air dam Toyota installed that collects dirt). So, why ding one star? That's for the absolutely appalling website they use. Want to buy a monthly plan? Have fun doing it outside of the wash itself, the website is a disaster and is of little help. read more

Recently discovered this place. Very reasonable prices for an exterior wash, then a very well appointed area to self clean the interior. Everything you could need to make your car sparkle! Very satisfying to do this myself. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. They'll even pressure wash your floor mats. They don't accept tips...but I would have happily contributed. The whole wash cost a whopping $10 and my car looks brand new. I will return. read more

I went to this place for the first time and waited behind a car trying to sign in. I waited and waited and nothing happened. Finally some guy came out to help them and after a couple of trips to the main building he finally noticed me and ordered me to back up and try the other lane. It was a chore to back up, buy I finally got the car around only to fine the kiosk did not work in that lane. After trying it twice and telling the person helping the other people next to me it did not work. I finally got tired of waiting. Only as I started to back out did someone come over. It was another chore, to back out of the car wash. No one helped, no one cared. I am not going back read more

Background: I (male) have had the payment program for about a year or so which is like $40/45 a month for my single vehicle. I go about 2-4 times a month to try to capitalize on the monthly subscription. Today I went as a passenger in my female friends SUV and was pulling up to the electronic station to pick the way you wanted to pay for and we were interrupted by a worker who spent at LEAST 10-12 minutes about the different plans of monthly plans that we could buy. He kept saying he wanted to make sure his customers were happy, I was about a minute away from cancelling my own monthly subscription because he was being so aggressive. The worker trying to sell these packages ever mentioned that if "your husband or boy friend" didn't want you to spend the money then you can cancel the subscription. Didn't even take into consideration she made her own money. I have to say, they do have a good car wash and it is convenient to my location but I will be cancelling my subscription because of that interaction today. read more
