It's a 2014 Itasca Navion RV that I had scheduled to rent out that Monday. Their guys diagnosed the problem and were able to find a part and get it delivered Monday morning. They replaced the whole rack and pinion steering system and aligned the tires that Monday and my renters were on the road Monday evening.
