If I could leave less than 1 star, I would. My advice is to avoid this company altogether. We had an appoint as follows: Your job with RV FastFix LLC has been scheduled When Monday June 29, 2020 arriving between 10:00am - 12:00pm. No one showed up, no follow up, no text, no phone message. I called to follow up and the woman in the office said that the tech had knocked on my door and no one answered, so he left. FALSE: Both my wife and I work at home full time, have video security, and no one ever showed up. I was rescheduled for today, July 8, 2020. Again, no show, no text, no followup. I got a call from the woman in the office that the owner, Jamie, showed up at the house, knocked and no one answered. FALSE. Again, both of us were home all day. I called the "missed number" on my phone (which came up as unlisted/unknown..... you'd think they'd have enough sense to make sure that their business phone numbers were lined up with their business name!) and was connected with Jamie, the owner. I asked him when he was at my house today, and he relied that has never been to my house. I asked him why the woman keeps telling me he was there and he said he doesn't know but he tried calling me and I "didn't pick up the line". I told him I was probably in the bathroom and I asked him why he didn't leave a message or text me............ and this was his reply: Jamie: "I'm like Comcast. If you have an appointment and I call and you don't pick up the line, I don't show up." I told him that was pretty poor practice, not leaving a message, texting, or anything. The conversation devolved, and I take 50% responsibility for that. However, I am the frustrated customer who was NO SHOWED twice so I think I had a legitimate complaint. So Jamie said that he's actually happy I called him because "now he knows he doesn't want to do my repair anyway". Pretty sorry in my opinion. Well, at least now you readers and I know about my ill fated experience with Jamie and RV "Fast Fix"........ Since all these mistakes were made on their side, I don't know why I got treated so rotten across the board. read more

Had this company come to my RV and replace the awning arms on my 2020 Rockwood Travel Trailer. Excellent job, showed up on time and I would highly recommend! Everything was above average, must call in the Jacksonville, FL area! read more

When I called there was a message to leave a message because the technician might be on a call and my call would be answered more quickly. It's now 4 days later and they have never returned my call. I took my RV to a shop 40 miles away and my issue was taken care of in Less than thirty minutes. I do t think I will suggest this business to a fellow RV'er. read more

Steer away from this company, once they get your extended warranty approved they will take every shortcut available to save them money (not you). They cut my underbelly in half to replace my black tank and repaired the underbelly material with "certified underbelly tape" (duct tape) and didn't give me the option to approve the extra cost to unscrew it, are you picking up what I'm laying down? Our furnace was not working and we contacted RV FastFix for service. The first tech misdiagnosed the issue, and we had to. make a second call. This time, Colt and Jamie came out and reconnected the duct to the furnace, which the first tech forgot to do, and we now have a working furnace! Thank you Colt and Jamie!! Technician came to camping site and fixed our brakes on RV. They also checked on pump and were generally just really accommodating. Also gave us some advice on tires (we had a blow out in OK, and were heading back to NM from FL). Very pleased with service and appreciated the "extras". read more

I had a couple things needing fixed on my RV. Chris and his crew were early for the appointment. They were professional and efficient and answered the many questions I peppered them with. I have used Jamie @ FastFix 3 or 4 times. Each time they have responded quickly to my calls and showed up on time with proper tools and parts. They have repaired a/c problems, slide motors, slide adjustments and many smaller issues on my Newmar motorhome. I am spoiled with their quick response and knowledge. Why would anybody take a motorhome to a dealer and wait weeks or months! I have recommended them to several friends. read more

Wonderful company. I will be honest and say I called a few other companies before calling RV FastFix. I wish I had just called them first. My heater in the RV would not work. Other companies just said we would have to wait until December. Jesse and Jaime were were so awesome. They fit us in the same day. I was so pleased with how professional and kind they were. Just say NO! I experienced the same thing as another reviewer. An appointment was scheduled for Friday. They rescheduled it to the following Wednesday. Didn't show up and rescheduled for Thursday, almost a week later. The problem? We were leaving on a trip on Sunday. We told them what the problem was (split hose to the hydraulic jack and to install a Davis True Track). They came out, looked at it. Said the hose was split (incredibly brilliant deduction since that was the reason we called them) and then didn't have the time to do the repair before we left.....and charged a "discounted" $160 to spend 20 minutes doing absolutely nothing. I'm still angry about it. Speaking to the girl in the office, she is always polite, but of absolutely no help at all - it's clear she simply doesn't care about customer service and their billing is crazy expensive for nothing. I had expressed the concern about changing of the appointment date because of our trip - and her response was they scheduled it to be more convenient for them because they had another appointment at the Beach that day. Yeah. That helped me a lot. I should mention, that this fix is about a 20 minute job once you have the part. You need the hose measured and fabricated - but they didn't even get the specs of the hose to do that! Oh, and no interest in installing the Davis True Track - which is about an hour - even though that was also on the work order. So, if you choose to work with these people, realize that they simply don't care very much for good customer service. If it's not a fast fix, they're not interested in helping you. read more
