    I wish I could review the sales and service team separately here. First, the positive... Doc with the sales team was awesome, great personality, and responsive to all my questions and needs when I purchased a pulled behind from him. Your atypical sales experience in my opinion, which was a good thing. He was understanding and knew what I wanted and needed when shopping. Even after purchase he assisted with allowing some storage time onsite after the install of a washer/dryer combo unit by the service department. That's where this review shifts and gets the negative reviews. After sales the service/parts team conducts a store walkthrough... this is embarrassing. Maybe some ask or need this and may benefit but they try to sell you on useless items. Even small things like a garden hose 90 degree elbow, no I don't need nor want this and please don't pressure customers into this scheme of your $500 add on shopping spree. Further, the St Augustine location actually provides your a small startup kit when purchasing from them. One of my must haves was a washer/dryer unit or at least connections ready. After purchase I paid for the washer and dryer unit and the install which was a promotion offer going on at the time. No issues unit I received notification that the install was complete, the cabinet was marred, scratched and destroyed beyond economical repair (hopefully can attach photos to this review). About 2 weeks after the install I got a call from the service department stating my install took longer than expected and would cost nearly $300 more due to 2 hours of overage. Mind you I discussed with the team beforehand to ensure the unit was fit for my trailer and discussed the standard install time. Contract even states they will call if determined to be beyond their standard install trim frame quoted by the promo offer. I told the agent calling that I was going to dispute this and she, as well as my sales agent agreed that this should not be charged to me under the circumstances and being called 2 weeks later that their was more costs. Thankfully this was resolved and I did not have to pay the additional charges they initially demanded, win for the service department and management team for their review on this. I would give a full and positive review had not the cabinet and unit be damaged and left unclean after the install. After pickup the existing cabinet dividers and shelves were laid on the bed with exposed screws, damaging the bedding. The floor and surrounding area was left with debris and packing material from the washer install. Doc... great sales team and much appreciated, but the service team needs better training and quality of work.

    We were looking for an rv where our family of five could fit comfortably. We are super picky and had to look at about 50 before we found the right one. When we went into Camping world we didn't have to look very much further... BRILEY WEBB greeted us and walked us thru many RVs and even called us when he found some he thought would be a good fit. He went above and beyond. He was never pushy (my husband and I hate pressure sales.) He answered every question we had with no problem and boy we asked tons.. He treated us like family , even working on his day off when our camper had a delay. If you are looking for an RV please believe me when I tell you, he may be young but don't let that fool you BRILEY WEBB will make this hard decision easier by far!

    Assisted by Vinny/Spenser of St. Augustine. They replaced my awning. The whole awning casing simply fell off the rv at camp-if it had come off while driving, I may have injured or killed others on the highway. Had to lift a 150 lbs casing into the rv. They argued that they had done good a good job. In 15 years of RVing this has never happened to anybody -nowhere! In that same service request, they were ask to repair the generator, they took 3 hours of labor to replace a $25 air filter. I say again, IT TOOK THEM 3 HOURS TO REPLACE AN AIR FILTER, charged me $509. There are no nuts, screws or difficulty in opening or getting to this filter on Onan 2300 lp unit. It takes 1.5 minutes to do. AFTER WORK STARTS, they are extremely hard to get on the phone. They have cost me 1000s of dollars in battery loss, and years of travel time.

    BEWARE- Slated to buy a camper...check in hand arrived after a 9 hour drive to pick up camper only to find it damaged because it was set up incorrectly. and sat there for over two days with water dripping and the condensation from the AC that flooded over the over flow pan. Opened the door and the entire mattress was soaked and the flooring soaked already showing signs of warping. zero effort on Camper Worlds end to make it right. All they did is continue to pressure and gaslight me into buying it. Claiming "nothing is wrong...it is fine...it will dry...." Yet clearing the damage could be seen. No offer to correct the issue- NONE. No compensation in price, no offer to replace the plywood, no offering a warranty, no offer for reimbursement of time and travel. When I asked for, at the very least, if they cover the cost for us to come pick it up I was basically told too bad, while still being gaslit. If I had agreed to buy the camper in the condition that we found it obviously that would not be an issue but the damage occurred AFTER I agreed to buy it.... Come on Camper World do better! Gio the general manager has zero sympathy or customer service skills.
